Crucial Cuts Barbershop — Attraction in Elgin

I have been going to Crucial Cuts for the past 6 years. I know many barbers in Elgin and have been to different barbershops in the Elgin area as well. Crucial Cuts by far has been the best experience I've had and that's why I continue to go there. Iggie is always on time for my appointments and if their is an issue with a previous client being late for there appointment Iggie or Jackie will give me a courtesy text letting me know they are behind due to clients being late. Both Jackie and Iggie have soon me nothing but excellent customer service and I'm never left disappointed. Very professional with not double booking clients or making you wait forever to get a haircut like majority of the barbershops in Elgin. I have been going to Crucial Cuts now for over 3 years to get cut by Iggie. Their professionalism is exemplary! Their attention to detail is bar none! Iggie and Jackie both are very friendly and are always on point when it comes to anything I ask for. I have NEVER had a problem getting ahold of either of them to set up an appointment and have even been able to do a walk in on occasion if they are not too busy. Iggie's freestyle on graphics is nothing less than phenomenal and are one of a kind designs! This is one of the best barbershops I have been to. Jackie is a phenomenal barber who is constantly improving her craft. Not only is her braids the best I have ever seen, her hair cutting skills are on point as well. I can feel confident going to get my hair cut by either Jackie or Iggy. Their environment at the shop is family friendly. My daughter actually cries when it is time to go. I now bring my nephews to get their hair cut there.
