I have to say this place is a gem 💎!! I had a trading event at short notice and the staff was a truly helpful. Thank you so much Julian and crew for accommodating this space to meet our needs from sound , crowd control, sign in and greeting our guests . Something that I really appreciated about this space is that it was fully equipped with everything from projector , seats , sound , stage and much more. The esthetic of the place alone is stunning , you can really plan almost any event here and have more than enough space and an amazing view. And most importantly we’re truly thankful for making this event not only amazing but safe by having our guests follow COVID-19 Guidelines that your staff provided. So me and my friends came to close the deal on the place for our party. On the first glance it seemed like Julian was nice and helpful, we shook hands and agreed on the date, price and the deposit. Not even two days later we came back to leave the deposit, but his partner told us that the price just went up to 1000$ more than we initially agreed upon, we called Julian to clear this up, but he started saying that he already took a different deal for extra charge and if we want to rent this place we need to put out more than the other guy offered. I booked at Crave Space via Peerspace and from my first convo with Julian everything was great. He let me come and see the space in person prior to booking & answered all of my questions. The day of my shoot he was very accommodating & made sure I had everything I needed (even left out washcloths for us to use since he knew we would be dancing). The space was perfect for the vision that I had. The mirrors & the dance floor was clean & they have two great high quality bluetooth speakers.
