The young lady who did my nails was new maybe, but she was very rough when cutting my nails then cleaning my cuticles. She wasn’t paying attention and stabbed the bottom of my foot with the cuticle cutters. No blood or anything. There was a roach that’s crawled on the chair I was at and when I told her (and her friend next to her) they didn’t seem to care. When I looked back behind the chairs it was very dusty. When it came time to buff the bottom of my feet she was alittle rough but didn’t even do the entire bottom of my foot but then lightly buffed the top of my foot, where’s it’s not even rough. She out way too much oil on my leg and didn’t even rub it in so had to wipe it off before I went to dry. She did an ok job onthe polish. When I went to dry, the floor was dirty and there were used wax strips...

Since Linda left, things have surely gotten lax and I miss her. There’s no reason for me to ask my technician to cut my cuticles, you should ask me/ everyone. Instead, there was side bar conversation with your coworker, and not your focusing on my nails and the requests I’ve made for them. I didn’t automatically get my cuticles cut nor asked. I didn’t get the regular manicure add-ons when getting a full set. And now I have tips, with no color and horrible nail beds but you made sure to get your money even though I didn’t get what I paid for! Get rid of the men who want to sit around talking sh*t about paying customers and bring back the employees that did a good job. My boy with the tattoos is usually good to me but today he was too chitty chatty and my nails weren’t done as good as I know...

If I could give zero stars I would. I happened to be in the area and decided to give the place a chance. The owner was the one who greets initially. I asked for a mani/pedi, he said “sure!”. I got the pedi then they asked me to pay so they could close out the register. AS SOON AS I PAYED, they became disgusting and rude. They started rushing me and the owner had the audacity to say “hurry up you clearly have all night but we don’t” just because I accidentally smudged one finger. He was staring me down and giving me the dirtiest looks— it was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in a place of business. Very unprofessional.
