8am guys start working fast, Owner Quincy was there cool dude till you come back and give a complaint about the tires, his employees tell me he hasn't been there in 2 weeks.( His car show was more important) Judy gave me run around for 2.5 hrs till the owner showed up. Fast Forward my truck shakes violently Judy sent 1 of employee with me im paying NJ turnpike tolls diesel and running up and down i95 and employee is saying wow these tires are bad 3 tires have smalls cracks in them etc. Egg Shaped Mind you guys tires have less then 1800 miles on them i haul amazon light loads.

I explain Volvo ruled it out as BAD TIRES, my mechanic BAD TIRES, I changed my steers $2,000 with rims and tires with a huge company called Custom Bandag said THOSE TIRES ARE BAD! His employees said BAD TIRES only 1 employee bootlicking kicked me out the balancing room. He then proceeded to get a mechanic and tell Quincy and I “transmission” is bad so i asked him lets take it to your shop and fix and charge me he then proceeded to say i don't know anything about transmission lol really my guy!!!!! So he then told Quincy and I, I know a ExVolvo mechanic who can check The guy comes to my LOT CHECKS IT DRIVES IT ETC said dude these tires are no good… Charges me for his service… Quincy wanna to speak to him first i let it be mechanic calls me back tells me i told him the tires are bad he said its not the transmission and kept on how i know Mechanic called me and told me and said IM HONEST! I had to call him back because he wasn't gonna call me back. Wish i can post videos of the tires in the air, and videos of the tires themselves…. STAY AWAY GUYS I BEG YOU! By the way Warranties at his shop don't apply to you but to him yes DPlus will glady send him another pair with your defective tires claims i went around other tire shop checking my tires and asking questions without mentioning anyone they just tell me go back they’ll change it and send it back its part of their contract. He wants me to take my truck out of service so he can send them back to manufactured 🤯 remind you i paid $2,298.00 for 8...

I needed tires for my truck for quite some time. I ran into this place while skating to get lunch. I noticed they offered financing, which is quite helpful in this time when work is slow. I inquire about it, and the lady explained the process. Six months later I called in, and Judith the manager answered, and I told her, I was interested to finance tires. She immediately sent me the form to apply. The form was amazingly simple, and I thought, it would be more to it, instantaneously, it was approved. I was making a delivery, and Judith invited me to come in afterwards. As soon as I got there, the workmen were helping me to back in, they were very kind and courteous. Judith the manager, was very professional, and courteous as well, she explained everything in detail, concerning the cost, warranty etc. The installation of my 8 tires were well done, and my experience got even, better, when later that evening Quincy called to thank me for my business. I purchased 2 front new tires for my big rig. 5 months later you can see the dry rot on the rubbering between the threds and the tiers, they became shaped like a egg. This caused my big rig alot of shacking when driving. Went back showed them how defective the tiers are, the owner was no where to be found. Two women came out who were not part of the repair crew explaining to me that I would have to purchase two more tiers leave the two tiers I had on my rig and paid for, to see if the manufacture of the tiers would resolve my findings and complaint. So, I spoke with other truckers and found out in my opinion this is a scam, I am not alone. Spoke with other tier suppliers near them, I was told they are suppose to replace them when defected. I only got the run around. Now I am stuck buying two new tires. Sorry but that's not good business. Won't be returning won't be referring. They are good selling you tires, taking your money but don't try to return...
