Myself and my family came to this location a lot before the fire. Things were great. I've reviewed this location previously at 5 stars. After the fire and reopening things were different. Yes cleaner and newer. But at a cost higher prices and smaller portions. No greeter at the door we wait 5 to 7 minutes on a slow to dead day, because that person is also waiting the tables. That I can look past. However the salt bar does not look as fresh and appealing as it used to. I can look past that too. However I won't look away and be happy about a visit where the server sets the tone in a negative way. We were being rushed on one of our visits from a server who seemed to be working on getting customers reviews as I over heard. She never mentioned anything to my family. She knew she did not provide good service to us. Her time with us was completely different with how she spoke to the other table behind us. Her tone was completely different, didn't ask aboit dessert, didn't offer refills. I asked to mox a raspberry yea woth straberry lemonade and was told no that cant be dine. Said she could bring two different beverages. Smh I have done this here almost every visit and at other restaurants and have never been told NO. We had to ask and then wait. Then we had to ask for containers and then wait. Asked for a to go cup and she never came back. Portions for fries with ribs was like a half a handful. Coconut shrimp appetizer was 9.99 and had 5 small not medium 5 small pieces of shrimp. Both times we ordered ribs and had to ask for napkins and wipes. I feel the staff need to be trained better on customers service and cleaning. Slow days the floors are a mess. Menus are also dirty and should be wiped down. I've been seated with dirty tables amd crumbs on the chairs. Again this os only recently at my last 2 visits. Before the service was great even though the portions changed. The bartender, Jessica clearly cared, was nice and wanted the best for her tables, but she was so overwhelmed and poorly trained that she couldn't have done her job correctly if she wanted to. I watched her greet a customer that had sat down after me, take his drink and food order, then go to other people that had already had drinks, get their food order and finally after 10 minutes she got to me. That's just bad training. She was also running around like a crazy person. Her section was way too big to do all the bar tables, run food, make drinks and do to go. An Uber eats person showed up and was told by a server that it wasn't her job to do to go and that the bartender would have to help. That's just being a bad team mate honestly. Jessica got my beer, didn't ask me if I wanted a tall or a small, didn't ask if I wanted food. Twenty minutes later I finally ordered food, with a side of ranch and a side of mayo, and when the food showed up, no one read the slip so it came out without sauces. I then sat for 10 minutes waiting for the bartender to come back to get my sauces. Now my food was cold (also, the fries had no seasoning, thankfully there was salt nearby). After watching my struggles, now the whole bar is starting to think this was hilarious, and we started timing how long it took for people to get beers. One person waited 8 minutes before he was greeted and got his beer. I would have complained but there was no manager in sight to complain to. Which is unfortunate because that manager should have been helping her at the bar this whole time. Cleanliness? Ha! The floor at the front door was literally black and sticky.
