A step down in the franchise to receive a cold shoulder of service and respect. The walk over from my hotel at Radisson Country Inn and suites was swift and easy but the low down treatment from the staff at Ruby Tuesday this past evening was a world class by the beautiful Latina waitress. Her inability to connect visually was obvious that she intentionally did not want to serve me as I sat down for no one was hosting up front and no one was assisting at the bar or the bar was filthy no one has touched it from either side and there was no massive crowd in the facility matter of fact the far right once you came to the door was completely empty only the middle and the far left by the window was occupied even that wasn't fully taken with customers. The waitress took over 20 minutes to acknowledge my presence and then ask me to wait some more to begin taking my order. Brought my soup out no crackers two little pieces of chicken in the bowl the bowl was larger than the soup šŸ² šŸ˜‚. I had a sirloin steak medium well and some onion rings those onion rings were like rubber or cold like someone tried to put it in the microwave and heat it up wasn't fresh hot out of the oil everyone has had hot onion rings they normally burn your mouth because the onions are so piping hot from the oil it burns the top of your bridge of your mouth. She told her manager that I would like a discount well when I got the bill it was $37 where was the discount. Salad bar soup came with the dinner sirloin and some onion rings I hope you all know that I did not leave a tip. I travel all over the country another poor representation for people's business all they will not get mine ever again.

I stopped for a late dinner with my daughter. The restaurant was a little short staffed as many are these days but I am still rating 5 stars for the following reasons. 1. The hostesses were very polite communicative that it would be a few minutes before they would have a table ready. 2. The waitress was extremely friendly, smiled through out the entire meal, and was super attentive even though she was a bit overwhelmed with tables. 3. The food was actually delicious. I got the smokehouse burger which was juicy, tasty, and cooked to perfection. The fries were yummy as well. My daughter ordered spinach artichoke dip and it too was very good. Too many times I have been in restaurants, particularly chain restaurants, and the food quality has gone way downhill post pandemic. I would like to give praise to our server, Felicia H (according to the receipt). She made the entire experience amazing. While we didn’t run up a very big bill, we felt compelled to do the tip the bill challenge as a way of saying thank you. I highly recommend this place if you find yourself in the area looking for a quick meal.

How are you supposed to cut chicken breast and steak with a plastic knife? We addressed the situation with the manager. She was very apologetic and comped our food but we still decided to pay for our drinks which were extremely over-priced and leave before our meal arrived. After we paid for the drinks the manager brought our meals in take out containers and once again apologized. As we were pulling out of the parking lot we ended up throwing the food in the trash because we weren't sure if the kitchen staff may have tampered with the food out of spite. Just have to be safe. People can do grimy stuff.

Myself and my family came to this location a lot before the fire. Things were great. I've reviewed this location previously at 5 stars. After the fire and reopening things were different. Yes cleaner and newer. But at a cost higher prices and smaller portions. No greeter at the door we wait 5 to 7 minutes on a slow to dead day, because that person is also waiting the tables. That I can look past. However the salt bar does not look as fresh and appealing as it used to. I can look past that too. However I won't look away and be happy about a visit where the server sets the tone in a negative way. We were being rushed on one of our visits from a server who seemed to be working on getting customers reviews as I over heard. She never mentioned anything to my family. She knew she did not provide good service to us. Her time with us was completely different with how she spoke to the other table behind us. Her tone was completely different, didn't ask aboit dessert, didn't offer refills. I asked to mox a raspberry yea woth straberry lemonade and was told no that cant be dine. Said she could bring two different beverages. Smh I have done this here almost every visit and at other restaurants and have never been told NO. We had to ask and then wait. Then we had to ask for containers and then wait. Asked for a to go cup and she never came back. Portions for fries with ribs was like a half a handful. Coconut shrimp appetizer was 9.99 and had 5 small not medium 5 small pieces of shrimp. Both times we ordered ribs and had to ask for napkins and wipes. I feel the staff need to be trained better on customers service and cleaning. Slow days the floors are a mess. Menus are also dirty and should be wiped down. I've been seated with dirty tables amd crumbs on the chairs. Again this os only recently at my last 2 visits. Before the service was great even though the portions changed. The service here was next level bad. It was getting to the point that it was comical. The bartender, Jessica clearly cared, was nice and wanted the best for her tables, but she was so overwhelmed and poorly trained that she couldn't have done her job correctly if she wanted to. I watched her greet a customer that had sat down after me, take his drink and food order, then go to other people that had already had drinks, get their food order and finally after 10 minutes she got to me. That's just bad training. She was also running around like a crazy person. Her section was way too big to do all the bar tables, run food, make drinks and do to go. An Uber eats person showed up and was told by a server that it wasn't her job to do to go and that the bartender would have to help. That's just being a bad team mate honestly. Jessica got my beer, didn't ask me if I wanted a tall or a small, didn't ask if I wanted food. Twenty minutes later I finally ordered food, with a side of ranch and a side of mayo, and when the food showed up, no one read the slip so it came out without sauces. I then sat for 10 minutes waiting for the bartender to come back to get my sauces. Now my food was cold (also, the fries had no seasoning, thankfully there was salt nearby). After watching my struggles, now the whole bar is starting to think this was hilarious, and we started timing how long it took for people to get beers. One person waited 8 minutes before he was greeted and got his beer. I would have complained but there was no manager in sight to complain to. Which is unfortunate because that manager should have been helping her at the bar this whole time. Cleanliness? Ha! The floor at the front door was literally black and sticky. So why is the lettuce in the salad bar 75% empty? Why is the ham empty at the salad bar? Why are your wait staff all goofing around by the kitchen when I went to the bathroom rather then refill the salad bar? Why did I get a child's portion of French fries when I paid for an adult chicken parm sandwich meal ? These are all things the manager should be on top of. Oh wait ??? Where was the manager??? Who knows I never saw one. On top of that Why did the waiter stand right next to me when he dropped the bill making it uncomfortable like he was pressuring me to give a bigger tip when really he barley did anything. Why am going back.......IM NOT! I came here this past Monday from nyc with friends. Been here several times over the years. Never had these problems. But never going back again. And just a hint if you're having a problem with people walking out on the bill, Don't consequence the other patrons who are there and make your wait Staff stand next to them to make sure they don't run out on the bill.
