I would give more than two stars but my experience going into the store was not great. I called a few days prior to going in and talked to a lady name Jessica (I believe that was her name) she was super sweet and knowledgeable on everything. She helped me figure out what I needed to trade in my switch and even offered me the wrist straps because I didn’t have mine. I went into the store to trade in my switch and I got another associate. She was very rude and wanted to argue with me about everything. I told her I had talked to Jessica a few days before and she told me what I needed to bring for me to be able to trade it in. She called someone and got clarification on that. Read moreThere was only one salesperson working. I was talking to him about a product when a couple came in to be helped. I felt bad about making them wait so I said they could go ahead. I waited near the counter over ten minutes while he helped them. I can't believe how long it took. The conversation and transaction dragged on and neither one seemed interested in speeding things up. Another customer came in just before they finished up. When the salesperson was done, the customer who just came in rushed up to the counter to be helped. He knew I was waiting, but did not say a word to her about it and started helping her. I was fuming, and stormed out making it clear how dissatisfied I was and went to another store.

Every time I go to this location, it's a wonderful experience!
The team is always checking on me, making sure I've gotten everything I need/want, and always going above and beyond.
Jessica and her team bust their butts to make sure their customers are happy. They always call you to let you know you've got pre-orders coming up, making sure to help get what you want, if possible, and always seem so happy to be working there!
Gamestop may get a bad rep, but I've never felt that way, especially of this store!
