Sleep Number — Hotel in Elizabethtown

I have had my sleep number bed for about 5 years and I do love it, but let me just be honest here. We did a home renovation and had to schedule sleep number to come out and disassemble it in order to store it in another bedroom. First of all its 250.00. That's fine, because we thought we would learn how to put it back together by watching the disassembly. Eight months later... my husband and I had to have help to move the heavy adjustable base, we did get it back together but let me tell you it was heavy!! and trying to get the remotes to sync up to both the adjustable base and the air pump. After two hours, I was able to get the base to sync, but still not the air pump. Oh, and we put it back backwards (head at the foot, and foot at the headboard). after so long we gave up and called to have them come back out to reassemble. another 250.00. I will not buy another one if it's 500.00 every time you move it. They don't tell you that when you buy one. Getting it back online is a joke to. They make it very difficult to do that part. Next time, I will by a tempedic. No more glorified air...

Very bad customer service, and not honored the price quote???We were in the Sleep Number store yesterday. My sisters and their spouses, looking at purchasing beds. This was 3 beds that we were going to purchase that day. After spending 3.5 hours there, with our excellent salesman, Jeff we all decided to buy one. We were given a quote for the special bed on sale, plus an extra bonus offer of 15% off the purchase, by both the salesman and manager there. When we went to do the paperwork the salesman tried to honor price he quoted, but the manager said, “Oh, we can’t give them both discounts”????! To our disappointment and the salesman disappointment, the price was increased by around +$1034, by the manager. We were told by her that we could get both discounts earlier???? From my first phone call to ask questions to my appt to talk and experience what the Sleep Number can do, I was at awe. Kadi answered the phone and immediately made me feel comfortable and answered my questions. The day of my appt she was amazing again. answering all my questions and demonstrating the different beds. She took the time to talk me through the process. I loved seeing a young person with such great work ethic and Customer service. This young lady is definitely going places.
