I usually love this restaurant I come here quite frequently as it is close to my work place and so when I don't have time to pack lunch its a good place to go and get lunch but to day while out with my friend I met a very rude employee named Sarah 1st when I asked for my drink since I had ordered at the kiosk she got very rude with me, then with another customer who told her they were out of sauce instead of going and filling it up she said to the customer " Well will you hand me the container then " I thought this was word but I also let it go then another customer came and told her that 1 of the sodas was out at the machine and she replied "well everybody's cooking So " Then my friend that I was with came up and asked for her watermelon slushy that she had ordered and paid for and the woman responded with umm and didn't act like she wasnt going to do anything or say anything until one of the managers apologize for her wait as we already had our food and she was sti waiting and said that she would go get it then she acted like it was a good deal that she got the largest size even though that is what she ordered. Every other time I've been there I've had a great Experience with the employees and the management but today just was a different situation I am not sure if this employee was in a badd mood having a badd day or what was going on but her behavior Did not make for a welcoming environment she was very rude and didn't seem to want to do her own job. I work in customer service and I have a lot of patience for someone having a bad day or a rough time but this was too much just...
Read moreDelivery: It's hit and miss here. Some days lobby will be closed and you have to sit in drive thru for a half hour waiting on your order. Sometimes you can go into the lobby. Even when you can get into the lobby you're still going to be waiting at minimum 10 minutes for a doordash/ubereats order. When us "gig" workers don't get paid by the minute or hour, it's very frustrating places like this has put us on the back burner and make sure their drive thru ratings stay as good as possible. We were a staple in helping keep places open and customers stomach fed but now these places can care less about us.
Dining: The food is mediocre at best. It's OK when all other places are busy and backed up with a TB close by. They are in such a hurry to finish orders even though it still takes forever and a day to get order, that they just throw tacos and what not together. All the tomatoes are always in one little spot, the sour cream is ALWAY just shot in a glob at the end of a taco. I mean it takes the same amount of time to spread the ingredients from side to side as it does to throw it on the taco. I've never had beef anywhere else as the beef they serve here. It's like they put it in a blender and blend to a pulp. I can't even say it taste like beef as there's always very little of it and it's over powered by the...
Read moreI went there for lunch yesterday and had a employee stand there and look at me, while wiping off trays, for a solid 3 minutes before he even spoke a word to me and asked if I was ready to order. I told him yes, I start saying my order and a manager comes up. Well when this manager comes up the lady behind me starts talking about how she needs to talk to him about a complaint from last night. So the guy taking my order turns around with the manager to talk about this ladies situation. I simply asked them if I could finish my order since I was on a lunch break and got horrible looks and grunts from both of them. They guy took our order but of course messed it up. So when the manager brought us the food it was wrong!! So had to wait longer for the correct food. This place was filthy. Employees there are rude and it would probably help if the manager wasn't high while working!! His bloodshot eyes gave him away real quick. I will never step foot back into that place. Both mine and my husband's stomach hurt so bad after eating there. We have never had that problem. They won't get anymore of my business and I will make sure to...
