AutoZone Auto Parts — Attraction in Elk River

These guys are awesome. Brian always makes my family and I feel confident that we get the correct parts and leave satisfied. Even when the new employees or other stores mess up, we know we can go to Elk River and get the correct parts for our vehicles. I have seen so many rude customers when im there and everyone is professional the best they can be. We have chosen Elk River to be our main store to go to. If we see the Dodge Charger there we make sure to stop in knowing we will be helped with anything we need. I always tell everyone we know to go there if the Charger is there. Favorite parts store almost always have everything Ive needed (I have domestic cars so that may be a factor) staff seems knowledgeable which is important (other part stores dont seem to think so.) If they do have to order parts there shipped in very quickly also critical in my opinion. There scanner tool for odb is trash but it gets the job done for most things, but I'd you need live data stream for trouble shooting your gonna have to go somewhere else... After rushing 23 min to catch them before closing I was happy to walk in 8 min before close. Was greeted with a "less than 10min till close" They had already closed their drawer or something as they were obviously upset when they heard it was cash I had to spend. I'm so sick of all these retail stores shutting down early so they can walk out at closing rather than stay the 10 min after close LIKE THEIR SUPPOSED TO. GUESS WHAT when it says your open till 10pm it means u provide that awesome customer service till at least then and in the minuets after. Till all those present are done keeping...
