I have an warranty through Whirlpool for my washer. They did not want to come for a diagnostic, instead said they would order parts based on what they thought was wrong. After cancelling several follow ups, and me calling Whirlpool, they came a week later. Technician said it needed a new motor and door lock. After a week I called Whirlpool. My case had been resolved they said. After 50 minutes on phone Pro TV said they were at my house on 12/29 and fixed it. Liars. No one came or called. I have video surveillance of my home and can prove it. So now they say they are ordering parts and will be in in a week or so. I will be calling Whirlpool everyday till this is resolved. If they charged Whirlpool for fixing my washer when they did not, this is fraud. I will be filing a complaint with our state...

Eric was our service guy out of the Elkins office. We live in Franklin and he was always here within the allotted window of time given. He had to come here twice to remove and replace several parts for us. he was very polite and informative about the services being performed on our dryer. He was efficient in his work and cleaned up everything after his job was completed. I would recommend this company and employee to my family and friends. Do not use this company -- also trades as Factory Warranty Services. Mom in Philippi purchased GE dishwasher through Home Depot -- it won't close properly. Called Home Depot and they contacted GE who set up appointment through this company. Nobody ever showed. Home Depot gave us their phone number and for weeks they never answered phone. Finally was able to get through and they claimed "consumer cancelled appointment" -- which is not true. Also made a new appointment through GE's online warranty service portal. They claim they never received this appointment or confirmed it.
