The atmosphere is amazing and everyone is so friendly. There were a few things that just knocked a star off. I went in to get my rook pierced with my friend who got her third lobe piercing done and my mom made a last minute decision to get her nose pierced. I won’t say who our piercer was (all though they were friendly I don’t want to put them on blast). The first was when my friend got pierced, her lobes were thicker than the post itself so she was sitting there with the earring sitting half way in her ear for 5 minutes and it started to bleed. I don’t know if that was the proper procedure for that situation so I’m not going to hold it against the piercer. The second was my moms jewelry ended up being too small which resulted in her nose swelling over the diamond and we had to go back to pay for another piece of jewelry to get it switched out (Grey, who is not the original piercer, switched it out and was absolutely amazing the whole time we were there). I just feel that our piercer should have warned her it might’ve been on the smaller side but again I’m not going to hold it against them. The third was my rook, first we talked about anodizing the color of the bar because there was no gold ones and the gem i picked out was set in gold. I hadn’t seen the jewelry at all before the piercing and afterwards when I was home I realized that the bar was still silver and had not been anodized. Before the initial piercing I had asked if I could see the placement before the actual piercing and was told that a rook is a ā€œpressure piercingā€ and you don’t really map it out. Our piercer ended up drawing a line for me anyways and when I went to look I asked if it could be moved further out because it was tucked so far into my ear I couldn’t even see it. I asked multiple times and the piercer was like ā€œno absolutely notā€ and I just went on with it because i figured the jewelry was thicker than the ink lime and that maybe i’d be able to see it after the jewelry was in.Once again, I couldn’t see the jewelry at all but figured that was the best I was going to get. I went in with my mom when she got her jewelry switched out and I decided to ask Grey if my piercing could be moved out further to which Grey said ā€œyes it can be pushed out a significant amountā€. Long story short we took the jewelry out and made an appointment to get my rook repierced for 6 weeks after that (so that it had time to heal). In the picture I provided, it’s easier to see because it’s from the side and i could get the angle right, but looking at it in a mirror it looked as if nothing was there. I definitely recommend going to Timeless because it’s a really clean, comfortable, and amazing atmosphere with amazing jewelry to pick from, but I definitely recommend getting an appointment with grey. I will continue to go here for future piercing as well!!! Again no shade or disrespect to our original piercer ā˜ŗļøā˜ŗļøā˜ŗļø

I was having problems with swelling and pain with a piercing I had done at another studio. Timeless piercing got me in same day to replace the cheap jewelry I was allergic to with a quality product that provided instant relief from the redness and burning. Derek was very kind and knowledgeable. His demeanor put me at ease and the whole process felt like a soothing balm. Plus this jewelry way cuter than what I came in with.

My wife and I took our 17 year old daughter to have her septum pierced by Ashley Jay yesterday. Ashley was beyond professional and did an amazing job. The office itself is clean and sanitizing guidelines were followed. We will definitely be returning customers as our daughter is already talking about a navel piercing 😭

I was really hoping to make this my shop, but was sorely disappointed. I drove an hour and a half to get here. There are not many APP Piercing shops in MD, and that's very important to me when it comes to my piercings. The studio was clean a hygienic- everything you want. Staff were super friendly but I don't think they were honest with their sales and that's what's really bothering me. I wonder if piecers make commission on jewelry. I had major surgery and needed to have all of my piercings taken out. After 6 weeks of having everything out I wanted to get a few back in. A few I decided to retire because I didn't think it was worth the hassle and honestly after my experience I'm glad I didn't. Firstly, with the exception of my lobe jewelry (which I wanted help getting in because they're difficult as they weren't pierced straight, and I totally 100% understood them not wanting to help with that as I had butterfly backed studs for them) my jewelry was all Anatometal brand- which is exactly what they sell and use at the shop. My nose ring was missing the bead, so I asked to replace the bead. I was never once shown beads. Instead I was shown seamless rings which I guess I assumed since it was the ONLY option I was showed is the only option they had. I asked what colors they had and was told Gold, silver, rose gold. I asked for silver and the only option I was given was platinum. Titanium jewelry which would have been an arm and a leg cheaper was never presented to me during my visit. Only as I was given a business card upon leaving did I see in large print that they offered titanium jewelry. As someone who wanted to keep my nose piercing who was presented with only this option, of course I took it. Next, two helix piercings, I was shown pieces over $90/each. I asked to see something less than $60, and was only presented with an option that cost $64. Except, it's not only more expensive than what I asked for, it also didn't include the rest of the post in the price. So really it was $83.35 per piercing. My rook was the only piercing they actually used my own jewelry on and they needed to keep threading it in because the piercer could not find the correct size taper. It just seems a little scummy that I wasn't shown all of my options and only super expensive options. I think I was taken advantage of as I didn't want to lose my piercings and I was told "So they were out six weeks? I don't know if they'll still be open" which obviously adds urgency. I left with a $330 bill for something that shouldn't have been no more than $150 if titanium jewelry was used.

I'm giving it 3 stars because the shop was clean. My piercer was super clean. He changed his gloves a lot which I appreciated. He was gentle. But I'm sorely disappointed I was only shown some options and not all of my options. Especially after mentioning that I just had surgery and wanted to just get something in so that my piercings...

About 8-9 months ago I had my nose pierced at a local shop. Like any other piercing, I didn’t think it was done poorly, though inexpensive. After a short time it seemingly was infected so I removed it. I was very disappointed as I really wanted the nose ring. I went back and forth debating trying again, and when I decided to do it, I wanted to make sure it was done right. I booked an appointment with Derek as I read that he had MANY years experience. Timeless overall had fantastic reviews for piercings. The price was a bit more expensive but I was willing to pay that for it to be done correctly. My experience was not like any other piercing experience I’ve had. I was not in and out in 5 minutes, I believe I was there for a solid 45 minutes. Derek thoroughly examined my nose inside and out and recognized a bump on my first nose piercing (that I’ve had for 15+ years). To avoid any problems with the new hole healing, he came up with a plan for the new piercing. I loved that I was allowed to pick out my jewelry and not just given something. Derek made suggestions, which I trusted as he is very experienced. I also loved that I watched him sanitize everything before we even got started. That is not something I’ve ever experienced in a tattoo/piercing shop. Derek did a fantastic job with my piercing and after almost a week I have zero issues. The nose ring he used is very comfortable (unlike the one from 8 months ago) so I don’t even know it’s there. One thing to note: the jewelry prices are NOT cheap. I did have a little sticker shock at the prices, but, the jewelry is definitely quality jewelry. I have no worries about the healing and sustainability of my piercing from the cleanliness, experience, and quality jewelry used. Should I want anymore piercings, I will 100% return...
