Michaels — Attraction in Epping

Looking to take up a new craft. Having no knowledge as how to get started, I asked a sales clerk if I could get some assistance. My request interrupted the stocking job, which evidently was priority number 1. I was then given directions to a different area where there was a recommended product that would not have been right for this craft. After doing some research, I returned today and picked up the needed items. In fairness, I must say, I have shopped at Michael's many times and have come away satisfied with the experience. I lady at the checkout counter was extremely nice, and helpful. In summary, a business never knows when that one interaction may be the one in which a customer chooses to shop elsewhere. Each customer that walks through that door that has money to spend in their store is Golden ! ...

First of all, I love Michael’s anyway. They are in the middle of a clear out and restock due to the closing of Party City. So they will now be selling more party items, such as balloons, which I observed after asking about the emptiness in the front aisles. Hopefully they keep the Party City items to a minimum, so as not to clutter up the store with irrelevant items. It would turn it into a this & that store, which for me, wouldn’t be appealing. The staff are always friendly, although they don’t really ever seem too knowledgeable about the things they are selling. This is not for this particular store, it’s just an observation of the different locations I’ve visited. Photo Corners Bought 288 of these off the TikTok shop for five dollars. I don’t understand why the employees are hiding them. Everyone has a right to buy them and they only put a little bit out. Last week I went there and I was doing self check out in this teenage girl was watching me And I’m thinking myself you don’t even work at the cashier you’re supposed to be unpacking those boxes and stocking up the shelves I don’t know if she was trying to get my credit card information, but it seemed very suspicious for everyone that goes in there.
