I like this movie theater complex. Staff friendly. I have never ordered concession food there so I have no opinion. Plenty of parking, depending on day. 3D movies available. D-box is overrated. Bathroom was in good shape. I have difficulty sitting in the chair for an extended period of time. Update: Saturday afternoon, March 2022; My family members and I wanted to sit together but pay for our tickets separately. The three amigos, err, associates who waited on us immediately helped us with suggestions with the best spot to sit and see the movie 🎥. Very friendly service! Bathroom was in good shape. Matinee is more affordable. Update: Saturday afternoon, December 2022; I tried the nachos with cheese. It is pricey. The food was heated and they tasted okay. The person who I went with likes the popcorn 🍿 and requested extra butter 🧈. Update: July 2025; Reclining chair 💺 was decent.

Been going to this O’Neil Cinemas every time I come to Epping New Hampshire. Staff is very friendly and the theater is always clean. I’m a huge “Nightmare Before Christmas” fan and I’m so happy for the 30th anniversary of the film, they have showings for the whole season. Seeing it on the big screen was a totally different experience then watching it from home. Very thankful they had this for us to enjoy.

The staff were rather nice & the theater was actually really cozy instead of an arcade filled lobby like I'm used to. The theaters aren't too big either, which gives it a more intimate feel. Sadly, that means they don't have a lot of leg room, which was my only issue.

Good theater, I like how you can reserve your seats. My only dislike is the change in the military discount policy. When the tickets were free I was more inclined to purchase food/snacks and drinks since we saved on ticket costs. However even at the discounted $5.50 rate per ticket is still not bad at all but I am less likely to spend money on the food and drinks than before. Let's be honest, the concessions is where they make the bulk of their money. I used to spend anywhere between $30-$50 for 4 people for snacks and drinks with free tickets. Now the tickets for 4 people are $22 and I may spring for a large popcorn and large drink but that is about it. Usually though now only the ticket cost and no snacks or drinks. I mean $6 for a fountain drink I can pay $2 for at a gas station and even that is a good profit margin. So for me I am saving more money since the tickets went up 2x for veterans but that means less for them. I guess it was because I felt as if they really did appreciate the veterans so I happily paid more. Then it felt more like it was forced than actual appreciation once the tickets went up not once but twice. You know if there was no discount I probably wouldn't even go. The theater is nice though and the staff is as well and they are my go to theater and I do appreciate all they do to provide us with clean facilities and theaters so we can enjoy the movies. We love...

I spent over $100 to see peter rabbit movie with my faimly loved the movie but my kids were excited and were laughing and talking about the movie normal for kids to be especially my 5 year old was her fist experience at the movie theater usually I go to methun theaters but we chose to try this place there was a lady in front of me called me white trash and told me to shut up ...this is not ok with me I was not on the phone or doing anything disrespectful just talking to my little girl she was so happy and having a good time ...anyways the lady who called me white trash went to the front desk said whatever she said ...I had a whole army of employees come at me and my three kids saying oh this is just a warning like really I never had this problem anywhere else honestly I have a big faimly and we we're planning on moving up north we are big on movie dates with the kids and now I see us traveling to methun to see movies to see a movie because we never had an issue with our kids just being excited and talking a bit not loud just normal kid talk and getting a warning and called "white trash" and having the whole threater come up and threaten us when we paid way more than than this lady and her one kid ...bottom line I will never spent over $100.00 to get called white trash and have the whole crew come up to me and threaten my faimly....I will continue...

My son and me went to see the fantastic four there, one the screen was dark around the edges, the picture was dark and for a movie that was supposed to be bright colors it sure felt like I was watching it in the dark age but it was so friggin hot my son was sweating so bad I was sweating. We had to leave with in the first 30 mins of the movie. How ever I did go out and mentioned my concerns and the guy at the counter said he would talk to the manager. I don't think there is anything they could have done because it never got better so we left. How ever they did say they would refound the money for the tickets to my son's credit card, if they did I don't know but they were very polite so hats off to the guy we spoke to. As for going there again well, I guess putting the money into the new theater they are putting up is more of a concern then the maintenance needed in the old. If you think getting tickets for $20 cheaper then the fox run mail movie theater is a great deal then you get what you pay for. The following day we did go to the theater at the fox run mail and was much cooler, movie was as colorful as it was meant so think twice before you feel like getting cheap tickets it can make the difference between dark ages and 21st century Just found out they didn't refund the tickets to my son. So as I said I avoid this place...
