On-Board Gaming — Attraction in Escondido

Was extremely discriminated and refused help by NICK on a phone call that lasted 1minute and 45 seconds just because I asked if I could set up a GAEMS All in One system their as I currently live in my car and rarely have a place to plug it in. I had genuine curiosity to ask if a game store could allow that especially when people set up to game. What's the discrimination between video games and TCG when most of the TCGs now are also available on Mobile and PC. There needs to be better customer service, I called KNOWHERE GAMES & COMICS in San Marcos and had a much better response and experience they even agreed to have me bring the GAEMS case and my Xbox One in after seeing how small of a space it can take. I'm just a passionate gamer like anyone else, I just don't understand the interaction it's very disappointing especially since all my friends are regular Magic Players and Card...

Bad customer service experiences.

The selection is quite limited, but has an odd variety in certain areas (accessories). I have been in a few times, but actually interacting with the employees was lack luster. With my most recent visit, I asked a simple question since I am still quite new to the store and it's selection and the employee played me dumb and acted like a "wise guy" when correcting me—I just wanted an answer. I had to sit there and have him speak dumb to me, explain to me what I meant and still never answered the question (so I left). Beforehand, I had a good talk to a regular customer and he told me that the employees don't like you visiting without spending money.

Been going here for a year and a half now. And I gotta say that this is the best card shop in the area. They have the best tables with great spacing between them. The chairs are comfortable, the community is supportive and welcome of one another. The space is air conditioned and it smells great in there even if there’s more than 20 people in there. Parking lot is amazing. Location is right off the 15.

The employees are nice and really cool. They sell board games but I’ve only brought TCG products from them. They also have warhammer and other tools for mini figures but I don’t know enough of that to say any more.
