I will share my experience in Spanish as well. This was my second time being a customer, I ordered the birria and picture below will exactly tell you why I called the restaurant to talk to someone first employee said come I’ll refund you , 30 min later I get a call from the owner saying it wasn’t fair to do a refund because she was not going to take a loss. I explained her my concerned about the meat being extremely dried with no salsa or flavor she said do whatever I’m not refunding you, I waisted my lunch time I didn’t eat she was just speaking over is so unfortunate people being this way not caring about their customer all they care is about money! I said I’ll gladly take the plate back so you can see it she argued with me told me bad things. God bless her soul tho I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my friends or family. The plate of birria was $18.99 plus tax it’s not even worth $2 if you want to waste your time and money go...

Rude Customer Service Lady tried blaming my mom saying she put a hair in my sisters food saying all her waiters are bold when we clearly saw they weren’t she tried picking a fight with her own customers like yeah never again going there we had been returned customers for years but after seeing her reaction never again & I will make sure to let everyone know not to go the way she handle the situation was not professional at all, we don’t mind paying $10 for the food in this case my sister was enjoying it I know this happen but if it’s my restaurant and someone complains I offer apologies and find a solution replacement, something else long story short giving this place a 1 star because they should have handle the situation differently instead of arguing...

I got to give them credit here. They personally won over my business a few times now. Would venture to say they actually care what you think about thier food and they will do just about anything to see that you're satisfied with your meal. As others have stated, it's a simple and homey place with varying family involved in the front and back of house. They cater to your likes and dislikes, which is great, since I'm a bit picky ....but they don't mind one bit. What I also love about this place, finally, someone who doesn't add any bits and pieces of veggies into their rice!! I love that, just the way you find in Northern. CA and AZ.
