As an out-of-towner, I always make an effort to stop by Sixth & Zero when I'm in town. I love that Evansville has a zero waste store and I will patronize it from afar just to ensure they know exactly how important they are! I am an avid recycler and am also looking for places to recycle unique things that aren't accepted curbside. They accepted used bras, new underwear, corks, disposable razors, old/broken jewelry, and beauty product waste. Save those items up and bring them with you the next time you're there! I also love their bulk food and home goods refill stations! I absolutely love being in my own container and filling it up with great quality products without having the extra waste. They also have a lending library of sustainable-focused books/resources to help you on your zero waste journey. Though, it was quite busy the day I visited so I didn't actually see the books available.

Their products and selection is amazing! I had been using a Target brand hair products and switched to their all natural shampoo and conditioner. Not once has my scalp reacted negatively. In fact my hair feels better and the natural curls have returned. I am an invested customer and continue to build my personal care line one step at a time. Thank you for being such a unique part of Evansville!

Absolutely love this store. We stopped in at the Night Market when we bought some dry seasonings then came back for 812 day! Both times we were greeted with a smile and a knowledgable member of the team. It is clear that the entire team has a passion for their mission and we are here for it! What a breath of fresh air. Will be back for sure.

I cannot tell you all how much this store has changed my life for the better! Their bar soap is amazing and smells wonderful (so many to chose from for both man and woman), leaves skin so soft and can be used as a shaving lather as well without any razor rash or soap burn!!! The face serum is a game changer in my skin routine!! Down to three products for face instead of nine!! They have wool dryer balls that are amazing, paper detergent for washing cloths that works so much better than big plastic bottle stuff, they have period panties (I could write a book on how lovely these are), they have essential oils that are amazing......and you can REFILL your products!!!!! No MORE PLASTIC!!!! I could go on and on about this place! SHOP HERE! CHANGE YOUR LIFE! YOU WONT REGRET IT I PROMISE!!! Oh and Mary and her staff are so helpful and friendly and wonderful and kind. Don't be shy ask them anything and they are always willing to help. I love this...

Small business thrives on relationships and Mary Allen is one of the very best examples of this that we have locally. Last Christmas, I had a small order of gift boxes for our team at work (literally 3 boxes). Mary and team took the time to curate 3 thoughtful boxes while working within a budget that was preset. Our team loved them.

Fast forward to this year, our team is much larger. I called the shop and asked for something similar to what we did last year. Mary got on the phone and remembered specific details about what we ordered, our office location and how she could make "magic" happen for them again this year. Their team then hand delivered the boxes to our office.

Again, and unsurprisingly, a smashing success with our team. You're not only getting great product with Sixth & Zero, you're getting service that is nearly...
