Renew Home & Decor is a new consignment furniture store in Everett on Broadway between 41st Street and Pacific Avenue. I walked in here thinking it would be beat up furniture and, once inside, I discovered it was quite the opposite! I was surprised by the array of furniture types for sale at reasonable prices. Couches, chairs, tables, etc. are placed around the store to maximize inventory and still be open enough to freely walk around. They are used furniture items, so some pieces do have small dings in them and are priced accordingly. But most of the items are good quality at prices you won't believe when compared to furniture stores selling new furniture. The staff is very helpful and will work with you and answer any questions you might have. They do have themed percentage off sales occasionally, such as 25% off storage furniture. They do deliver locally for a fee. Parking is in front on the street (with a loading zone directly in front of the door for your convenience) and on the side of the building. I liked this place so much that my wife and I bought an end table made of real wood with dove-tail joints and 2 doors for storage (got that 25% discount for storage furniture!) and a small kitchen table with 2 fold down side leafs for my daughter's apartment. They will hold a purchased item in store for a day or two until you can bring a vehicle for loading up. The guy staffing the store even helped me load my furniture in my van which I had parked in the loading zone. We will be back! What a great place. The quality of the furniture is by far the best in PNW. Prices are great and furniture is clean. We bought a chair and a foot stool today. While having a quick lunch someone decided they liked the chair tied down in the back of the truck!!! Thank goodness the store had another one and they were so kind to give us the best price possible. The young woman and young man working there are fantastic....
