Absolutely the worst Subway in the State of Washington. Ordered a turkey sub, a box drink and a pretzel stick. When I got my order from Door Dash the guy said the lady said they were out of pretzel sticks. Fine. So I called the Subway, no answer. I finally got the manager/owner who said it was troublesome to give a refund back via card. He stated I could come to the store for my $3 or he would give me his phone number and he'd give $3 worth of food or whatever. The point is, everytime I go to this particular store, I have issues. Evertime. The sandwiches are made sloppily and even at $6.99 for a footlong, they're still not worth it. Do not go here you will be disappointed. I am done with these guys. The owner did call me back and left his phone number because he wanted to make it right, what he should have done was refund my money over the phone the same way I paid. I won't be going back, not even for my $3+tax, they won't be in business for much longer if they keep doing what they're doing. Let me be clear, I have no issues with the owner, he was polite and receptive, but the whole thing just leaves a bad taste in my mouth just like the turkey sub, which incidentally was missing cheese, one of the main components of the sandwich, plus I got regular mayo instead of the garlic aioli mayo I had requested. I call to ask if my boyfriend can get it even though it’s in my name, just in case because it took my money for the order and the man on the phone said nothing and hung up on me. I called back for a second time thinking maybe it was a dropped call and he said hello i asked again and he said we’re closed so i simply said okay can you cancel my order so i can get my money back then but he hung up on me again mid sentence. The app showed the order was in progress, so i called back a third time because if they’re closed i want my money back. He answered the phone by very rudely saying “what?” i said can you cancel my order so i can get my money back and he said “no were closed” and hung up on me AGAIN for a third time!!! Never have i experienced such a rude customer service worker before like this when i was trying to respect them saying they were closed and simply cancelling my order as i cannot do so through the app!! My boyfriend drove there to get the order just in case since the app said it was being made, and the location was open with people inside. That is not ok.
