It's okay. Most baristas were friendly. I asked to wash my hands before I ate and the girl came around to open the door for me. I was waiting behind her and she turned around and looked at me and I noticed her hand was cupped and covering the keypad. It was really awkward. I jokingly asked her about it later and she got really agitated and started acting rude to everyone around her. She even threw/tossed a phone at a coworker and then stormed away. Made me feel uncomfortable. If I needed a good drink I'd visit again but use the drive thru.

I like Starbucks, especially when the staff greets you as you work inside the store. A lovely lady greeted my wife and me on this visit. We were on our trip from Seattle to Anacortes, and the traffic was so bad. All we could think of was Starbucks, so we made a quick stop. We used the restroom, bought some drinks, and continued our journey. There's a good selection of food and drinks, and I like the display of cups and mugs on the shelves.

Everyone who works here is very nice and all, but a heads up that the sit-down area closes an hour before the posted closing time, which is only indicated in very small type by the door (see photo). A bit annoying since I specifically chose this Starbucks to get a bit of work done in what happened to be that last hour.

We've though the drive through had a line half a mile long I walked inside and got my coffee and sandwich in less than 5 minutes. So they get good marks for speed and friendly staff.

However I ordered a caramel frap with 4 espresso shots added. Every other coffee place asks what size i want, shouldn't that be a mandatory question if it's not stated when the order is placed? (I want to paint my house, so painter paints it. Now I have a orange house. But I wanted it gray. *painter - well you didn't say what color so I chose for you. Unacceptable right? )

I always go for the biggest because after adding 4 shots usually the ice is mostly melted, and it never all fits into one cup.

The best baristas will take the excess from the blender and poor it into a second cup for me. Making sure I get all of the caffeine I payed for.

Well when I got my frap it was in a medium/small cup. The ice was completely melted. And I doubt there was any way possible to fit 4 espresso shots in that cup if it was full if ice. So I know I was shorted on my caffeine, which I can verify by how much I'm dragging my feet at work today.

So what should have been 5 stars if I had gotten all of what I had paid for gets demoted to 3 stars for shorting me my caffeine and undoubtedly just wasting the "extra" that wouldn't fit into my cup. And not even asking what size I wanted.

My breakfast sandwich was good though and again very friendly staff. But they might need to be refreshed on the basics of...

I have to say that in the beginning when I came in get my drink remade from another Starbucks I was very happy they made a right the guy behind the counter was super excited super nice I wanna came back for the refill of my Tea The girl went to go find somebody else to make my drink didn't even say Hi to me she ignore me there the girl came out I said and do you remember what I had Shes lik no and then I showed her then when I said thank you they didn't say good bye or you're welcome I feel like there was begging for a free drink or something and literally will not ever go back to this Starbucks for like I felt that I did not deserve to even be in a Starbucks because I was in my work clothes think t I was a beggar or a bum I don't understand that why Starbucks feels that you need to be dressed appropriately to note to be included as a homeless person when you're literally paid for your drink I'm a gold star member I have been for over 10 years I will not be treated anything different than in a regular citizen I will never go back to the Starbucks again and I do not recommend that anybody else does it is made me think different about Starbucks I haven't been disturbed...

They're really stingy with the cream at the 37th and Broadway location. If I order four shots over ice with an extra splash of cream from the mobile app, I'm charged about $3. If I place the same order at their drive-thru, they'll tell me I'm actually ordering a latte and they're going to charge me nearly double the price. If I go inside the store to top off with cream, they'll charge me extra for the cream in a separate transaction. They've permanently removed the carafe from the self-serve area because "people just come in the store and dump cream in their cup." Additionally, they are apparently one of few stores who are actually "doing the right thing," and other stores who don't follow policy are "making them look bad." They might be following corporate policy to the letter, but they're so wrapped up in the numbers that they've lost sight of the overall Starbucks vision, and they definitely don't care about their customers as much as they care about "eating milk costs." Skip...
