THIS PLACE IS A VERY SERIOUS HEALTH RISK FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! THIS IHOP NEEDS TO BE VISITED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT'S HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Never in my life have I felt compelled to leave a review...this place was hands down the most disgusting restaurant I've been to in the 42 years of my existence. Their bathrooms were sickening. The men's restroom had the pungent fragrance of urine. I was acutely aware that the glaze over 70% of the floor was not mop & glow. The food was either over cooked and dried out or luke warm and soggy. My coffee tasted of year old grounds and about 45 second to long in the microwave. We were certainly charged for wanting chocolate chips in our eldests pancakes. Also charged for two grill cheese sandwiches for the middle child. She got one grilled cheese with eggs and it was cut in half. After being informed that there was no burgers, fries. The youngest wanted chicken and mac and cheese with broccoli and ended up with just burnt chunks of breaded chicken and a bunch of undercooked vegetables and no mac and cheese. My girlfriend ordered up the spicy breakfast omelet with steak. Her entire plate was over cooked, lacked any kick and came with nothing in the photograph ie: salsa, sour cream. I have ordered crepes from IHOP lots of times. Never before was I robbed of one. When I asked why my two crepe meal came out with only one...I was told that it was replaced with the combo. What? Our bill came out to be just shy of $100 bucks. $97 something. My girlfriend went to the restroom afterwards and discovered that the womans restroom was in worse condition than the mens. A stall propped open with an over flowed toilet with diarrhea and toilet paper, water all over the floor. THIS PLACE IS A VERY SERIOUS HEALTH RISK FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! I've never called the authorities in my life, however I will be calling the city health department when...
Read moreWent here to have a mommy daughter breakfast before all of our appointments. We ordered breakfast and coffee. Coffee was hot but before we were able to eat my daughter went to use restroom. My daughter grabbed the door coming out and slipped on the floor. This caused her finger to slip into the hinge opening of the door. She was stuck and a lady had to help her as I was in view but didn’t see it happen. I came to her side when I saw the lady panick and grab the door. She was pouring blood and I had to ask for a medical kit. Needless to say, my daughter was really shook up and her finger was broken. They brought over an Easter satchel of candy, which she was unable to even appreciate at that moment. They were too busy taking pictures of the floor to cover their ass in the back that they couldn’t even finish up my bill so I could leave. At that point, they comped me for the only thing I did consume and made me pay for everything that I had to eat later in the cold after the ER visit-you would think they would’ve just comped it due to experience. Staff was too busy to actually physically show concern for what had happened, except for the fact that they felt they needed to cover their ass and get my phone number and name. Franchise district manager called only after I contacted corporate and said he isn’t liable. If an elderly person fell and did the same you would be liable. My daughter is 6 and a tiny 6 at that. Show some responsibility and tact! He said it’s not our job to contact you or reach out. If you care about your business you would take the time to interact with your guests and show empathy. This business only cares about bottom dollar. Return customers are what makes your business profitable. Nobody was looking to come break their finger for breakfast. Disappointed customer here and I will not be returning, and I will be posting this on online forums of...
Read moreOk, I've really only been coming here for the past 2 years and ordered here maybe 30 times. Bad service? A few times, but I honestly cant hold it against them because I'm homeless and when I have a backpack I look it. I really can only imagine all the bs the workers go thru with all the homeless. I have had amazing service more times than Ive had bad service. I usually use the app and place my order the night before. Then show up like a hour later than I scheduled it for. Well they recognize my name And now they usually wait to make my order and I get there right about the same time it's made. ALWAYS GET MORE BUTTER and SYRUP. It doesn't matter if they say they put it in the bag or not, even if they say they gave you extra, they didn't. They know me by name and i always get extra. I mean every time, and they still forget to give me any. Doesnt matter who's working, they have only successfully given them to me one time. and every time they've told me it's already in there. I'm not hating, I'm simply giving you a heads up. I do wish the butter was warmed up before they put it in the bag. When you dine-in and order a milkshake they give you the extra, they don't if you order it to-go. Some of the evening staff get mad whenever I've needed to use the wifi to place my order. As in, they tell me if I'm not going to order I need to leave. then remind me over and over again. It takes me less than 5 min. to order (which is why I started...
