Wednesday 7/2/2025 10:26am Erin that floor manager was assembling a display near the hunting and target sections. I was hoping to ask an employee to find a shoe size for me, but there was a line of 13 customers abd only two women at checkout. They were fast and courteous. One of them asked if I could walk down to Her Manager for help in finding my shoe size, and he would likely help checking out the MANY MANY people in line. I did what she asked... Erin was and I guarantee still is an absolute selfish, disgruntled, disrespectful, sorry excuse for a Sportsman's Warehouse employee- MUCH LESS A MANAGER! I approached and said, Hi I'm hoping you aren't too busy at the moment and could locate a shoe size for me? My name is Mike... whats your name? He didn't look up from the metal shelves he was working on, and only asked me how many people were up front. I asked for clarification... customers or employees? He paused long enough for me to extrapolate impending disrespect so I quickly said, "13 sir 2 employees and 12 customers in line or needing help" he didn't say anything still not looking at me, I spoke again saying, okay Gary thanks for your help! I called him Gary because he hadnt provided his name and was being very rude to me. I asked the lady at the register, she promptly told me ERIN! thats... Erin... and the look she gave me, said it all. Erin is an unhappy, immature, poor example of Sportsmans Warehouse staff. He at minimum needs a series of retrains emphasizing helping coworkers and being kind and respectful while doing so. At most I recommend immediate demotion to entry level cashier, and provide leadership support videos, fellow managerial led meetings over video calls/ in person. Pick from successful locations with a Better than 3.2 Google score! š As I write this, I'm over a couple isles listening to Erin speak to two other employees. His tone and word choice is irritating me, and I'm just eaves dropping!!! I can't imagine working ubder him continually. I will revisit this location in the near future. I will confront Erin face to face and inquire about his further trainings I recommend. If he seems confused and it appears nothing has been done. I will phone and email corporate addresses and numbers I'm able to locate. I'll message Jon Lovell on Patrion and see if he agrees with Erin's demeanor. Lastly this is not the first or even second time I've encountered Erin specifically acting as described. This will however be the last of my efforts to improve my experience in my local...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have bought a few guns here both online and in store. I have personally never had an issue with the staff and actually my proceeds happened 2-3 days before I was expecting. I am however someone who knows exactly what I'm looking for when I walk in. Last one I bought was a new Glock, there were a few people in front and behind me on the number taking system. Of course the person that was called right before me almost immediately asked to see said Glock. My number gets called and I just kind of nod toward the other people saying to the guy behind the counter who will remain nameless in case it gets him in trouble, that I want to buy that if they don't. He kind of held my place by showing me random guns I had no interest in (not really trying to sell me something else just killing time to see if the other people bought what I actually wanted) cool dude. They said no, 15-20 min later paperwork done and paid for. And exactly a week later got the call to come get it. May I have a bad experience in the future, anything is possible. But as of now no complaints except for crackheads in parking lot but hey it's Everett to be expected not the stores fault on that one. I drive almost 30 miles south to come here because they also get things in other places don't. Update 6/11/2022, I ordered a firearm online and went in to do the paperwork. Alot of people waiting, which I was expecting seeing what's going on in the country right now. My due diligence in waiting paid off and I was one of the last people helped right before closing. Ian helped me and she was very nice and courteous despite obviously being extremely busy all day. The folks that work here are human still bothers me to see so many negative reviews really goes to show how impatient people are these days and almost want instant gratification. Patience and kindness are virtues or at least they used to be in America... Will continue to buy things here even with the 30...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst off if I could Iād give no stars. I had a similar experience as one of the other reviewers/customers. I order a few items some has to be ship to home and some I could pick up in store. I donāt live close about an hour away. But I chose this store cause it said I could pick up all my items that were available for store pick could be picked up 06/10. Placed order and thought everything was fine. Today is 06/11 go there and there was one gal working. Must be short staffed. But anyways went to her told her I was here to pick up my order. She found it and when I checked some thing were missing so she tried to help she was very nice. But she called some manger guy to help me cause she didnāt know actually what was going on. So manager comes and gets an attitude with me saying āI donāt care what the webpage says we donāt do store transfers on the weekendsā. I was just trying to show him in my email and their site it says 06/10 I couldāve picked up. Then I asked if they could ship to my house cause donāt live close, he said āNot my problem call customer serviceā. Well Iāve sent in a customer service ticket on their website weāll see what happens. Iāll never shop at the Everett location again. I usually go to the Federal Way one, but it said the earliest I could pick up would be 06/15. I know I should probably got it earlier but was last minute trip for Monday. I feel if they donāt do store transfers on weekends then it shouldnāt say I can pick up same day or next day. Itās kind of confusing. Last but least I definitely wouldnāt recommend. I rather drive to another state or not fish then go to Everett location again. Iāll stick with the Federal Way and the Puyallup ones or competitors. The staff at Federal Way and Puyallup location are always helpful and...
