Horrible experience. How they have such a good rating I really couldn’t tell you. Make sure to see my pictures they will show you what I mean. The only picture missing is the quarter sized pieces of masa that were in my side of beans. (By the way I ordered no tomatoes and you can tell that they were put on and then picked off.) When we called back in to tell them we were told we could come In the next day and get a refund. My husband went in and he was asked “so what you want another plate or your money?” Wow great customer service. He told me he was told he had to bring the food in he tried to show her the pictures of the food as they were thrown away after and she didn’t want to see them... So I called asking for a manager I was told she’s not in. I asked when she will be in I was told 8 am tomorrow but she’s in and out and we’re not open so, to be honest no real answer. I then proceeded to tell her what happened because I need to speak with someone as they will be aware if we don’t tell them. I’m asked to go online to find any sort of contact information. I go online as I’m on the phone with this women I tell her there’s nothing on there but her store number and you’re telling me there’s no time where she will be there and I can speak with her. I’m told pretty much told no.... then I’m told that when you order take out that what’s happens.... so I’m being told they serve all their take out like that. Yeah no thanks... (there was a miscommunication with my husband as he did get refunded however for the person to tell me she asked nicely (when that comment above was not nice) and I’m not trying to call your husband a liar but well he got the money didn’t he.... I am appalled. I manage 3 offices and I would be horrified if that’s how one of my customers were treated that way.... My conversation with the person on the phone ended well As I can appreciate her taking the time to talk to be as she explained to me that she did in fact refund my husband and that she’s “not a boss or anything I’m just trying to give good customer service” I do not feel it was good customer with the way the situation was handled. Prior to that she did have good customer service, however after this I will not be back.... I did not want to bash another business on a review as I know how detrimental it can be for business, however I tried to discuss this with management first and I was not given a chance to sadly I have to speak about my experience and only hope that they go over things and...
Read moreWorst service ever, I am a sounders Ticket Match Holder. At the stadium we always see the advertising about the one free taco per goal. So last night the #soundersfc scored 2 and I went with my two tickets to get my four free tacos at this location. When i arrived the attendant who greeted me in English did not want to speak to me in Spanish (which I dont mind but she was talking to her co-workers in Spanish) so, I felt some roughness there. When I told her I came for the promotion she totally gave me a super ugly look and told me I could only choose 3 kinds because beef was not an option. So I wa ok with it, then she took my phone to read the tickets and sent the order in. I went to grab carrots and apparently she had called my order. I went back to seat at a table in front of them (there are now 4 women in the front of the store) and was waiting for my order. None of these 4 "servers" could serve me my order they didnt even told me hey your order is here or nothing like that. 20 minutes later I came to the front and asked how much longer for my order to be ready so the lady grabbed a bag that was right next to her and said your order was ready here it is and said nothing else... I consider this the worst service I could ever have... i would never go buy food here this employees have no sense of what a good customer service is. I wish Seattle Sounders could know what kind of partner represents them and how are the customers...
Read moreUpdate: I have been back many times now that COVID has normalized. Have tried a variety of dishes and the food doesn't disappoint. The service is hit and miss at times but always good. There are newer dishes but I always stick to the tacos and burritos. Mostly with al pastor meat but carnitas and birria are always good. Even though there are other fast food Mexican restaurants in the same small shopping center I always come back to El Rinconsito. It is a good restaurant. Try it, you will enjoy it.
I ordered take out and went to pick it up. The restaurant was partially full. Dividers at the tables are compliant for Covid. I lined up to pick up my food and noticed 4 young guys in front of me waiting to order. Most of us waiting in line were masked and two of the guys waiting were not. When they got to the front only the two masked guys were helped, one quickly put his mask on and was helped, the fourth unmasked one left the restaurant and told his buddies to order him something to go. The restaurant is following Covid guidelines. I was able to pick up my food and as always enjoyed my meal. I tried a new plate which had plenty of meat. The rice an beans was good. I usually order too much food and was able to save the rest for another meal. It is better when ordered hot but reheat Mexican food is also good.
