Mattress Firm Everett Mall — Hotel in Everett

My wife and I went to Mattress Firm in Everett Mall yesterday to shop for a new mattress and were fortunate enough to have Seth help us. He started by having us narrow down the firmness we preferred and then gave us several options to choose from. After that, we started narrowing down things by our budget. Seth was incredibly patient as we went back and forth trying to find a mattress we liked in our budget. They currently have a promotion where you can get a free adjustable base and Seth demonstrated it for us. We had never had one before and were amazed at how it enhanced comfort and relieved pressure on our backs. We had settled on a nice Sealy hybrid mattress, but figured we pass on the adjustable base because of the cost, however, Seth showed us a nice Serta iSeries hybrid that cost about $800 less. We tried that with the adjustable base and were sold since that total still came in less than the Sealy and felt better overall with the adjustable base. We upgraded from the free adjustable base to the next model up and were credited the value of the free base. Incredibly, our new mattress and base were delivered today and we're thrilled. Delivery was terrific. The crew kept us up to date via emails and texts with the last message 30 minutes before delivery. Our initial visit was with the store manager, Greyson and she gave us a great experience with clear options and product knowledge. When we returned a few days later to make our purchase, the salesperson, Kerri who helped us was also very nice. She made everything seamless and we felt good walking out!

That said, when our pillows arrived right after our mattress was delivered. We discovered a mix-up with our pillows. They were low and not the medium we were expecting. We went back to the store, and the staff working today (11/9/25), Tyler was very helpful and directed us to the Greyson (who happened to be at their other location). We drove over, she handled everything perfectly, she made the exchange right away and even applied the higher Black Friday discount on our sheets we purchased after getting everything else sorted out, which we really appreciated.

Overall, we’re super pleased with how everything turned out. The team made things right quickly and professionally, and we’re very happy with our new Purple setup. Highly recommend this location for both the products and the service!

Oh yeah, and one more thing, delivery team was prompt and friendly. Setup the mattress and hauled the old one away. In and out of our house in about 15-minutes.

Update: they have not fixed the damage to my wall. I have been trying to communicate every 2 weeks and have been passed around. They denied my claim and stated that the delivery people said they didn't cause any damage. Its only 2 small chunks of paint from the wall but im a renter and i paid to have a nice delivery service and didnt get that. I shouldn't be left hanging and told to cover the cost at my own expense. I DONT RECOMMEND HAVING IT DELIVERED. THIS HAS NOT BEEN A GOOD EXPERIENCE. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE PURCHASE WAS MADE.

We were helped by Kassidy. She was super informative and very polite. She took her time in showing us what our options were. We ended up using the white glove option to discard the old bed and frame, which was a super nice option to have. The delivery window was 1:30 -3:30, and they were here at 1:30 sharp, ready to deliver. The delivery team was really fast and efficient. They were also very nice setting up everything. Overall, we loved the experience, and the bed is so amazing. Our whole family of 4 can fit comfortably in the king size during movie time. The frame sits up to make TV time a breeze.
