This place is a nuisance. Regularly rents to clients that violate the 10 pm noise ordinance, and for hours before that I can hear their music OVER THE TV IN MY APARTMENT A QUARTER MILE AWAY.
This is ridiculous. The neighbors deserve to be able to enjoy the reasonable use of their homes. And most of them have been here since this place was still a grocery store and didn't sign up for this nonsense. I'm filing a complaint tonight with Everett PD, and will move on to the City Council next.
If you're the owner of this place, we need you to not have your renters make our neighborhood unenjoyable. It's simple. Stop being a bad neighbor.
Edit: it's now after midnight as I write this and this place is still audible indoors in other buildings 800 feet away. People are trying to sleep. Just a complete lack of common courtesy.
Edit 2: I just reported a noise violation again on 11/15 and read your response. Save it. You are disturbing the peace of the residents around your business in violation of city statutes. I would love for you to show everyone reading exactly where on your license it says that you're permitted to interfere with the reasonable enjoyment of a residence after 10 p.m.
Futhermore I don't owe you respect if you're going to disrespect your neighbors in the first place, It's your business and you're responsible for what goes on in it. And if getting yelled at because you're acting like you're not the one to complain to feels like an insult to you I don't know what to tell you. I tried explaining the situation to you nicely and got nowhere so...
Read moreI'm surprised to find that this event center lacks basic amenities, including a kitchen, a refrigerator, and access to plumbing water. Imagine an even center with no designated area for warming food & a fridge. The landlord must maintain American standards and prevent health-related concerns, I strongly suggest addressing these deficiencies or this place is likely to be a place of concern for the department of health. it's obvious the absence of kitchen, fridge, and water access poses health risks for the community. The situation at our event was dire where we were left with no alternative but to warm food in the blistering parking lot using propane stove, under the intense sun, as the event center failed to provide even the most fundamental amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator & designated warming area for warming food. The landlord's failure to provide a properly equipped commercial kitchen is a major concern. His lack of understanding and absence of backup plans to rectify these critical deficiencies are alarming and require...
Read moreGreat place to have a celebration if you are looking for an event center that does not have many requirements.
On the other hand, owner was so friendly at the beginning promising many things but once signed and payment was made, his tune changed. Owner started to ask for more money even though he verbally promised us to have the place for decoration several days before if no one else rented. The place was not rented. On the day of the event, lights were not turned on until we were ready to open the door for the event, very disappointed!
We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels half through our party. Unacceptable to us. We told the owner that we were expecting around 500 attendees and he should have stocked enough supply for that many people.
My advice, don’t be fooled by his friendliness. What ever he promises you, make sure it’s in writing other wise he will try to back out at the last minute trying to leave...
