This place has bad customer service, poor attitudes of employees, and their selection is not that good. It's the dive bar of head shops. I walked in with my motorcycle helmet on and they act like your going to rob the place. I suppose they think they are a bank or a federal building and demand you remove your helmet or glasses so they can record you on their security system. News flash Mr. R&R if someone wearing a helmet or glasses is going to rob you, then they are going to do so regardless of you asking them to remove the item. All you are doing is pissing off every person coming in the door with a helmet or glasses on, and making sure they never come back. They sell kratom. And multiple kinds. It's not expensive (not as it normally is) Great customer service!

I went in there the other day looking for kratom. Although there wasn't a huge selection there was more then just one. I told the guy what I like and was looking for, even though they didn't have my favorite kind (I get that from Washington) the man sat there with me looking at each one to see what would work best. He gave me stuff I've tried before and stuff to try. I told him I didn't have a lot to spend right now and he was willing to work with me. Truly an amazing experience. I will go here for my kratom needs from now on.

3/20/21 Really great shop lots of hard to find specialty items and hand crafted glass items from Alaskan glass blowers. I bought a Vegeta lighter cover first tie I've ever seen that. The clerk was knowledgeable not only of the products he sold but of Fairbanks as as well. Really reccomend a stop in next time you're in town. 4/11/22 I went back to check out what they had. Last year there was a better selection of weapons. But the selection of pipe was off the hook! The amount of glass has definitely increased...
