This review was written under duress. Ok I joke. Listen as much as I want to give the Mocha Moose staff a 5/5 because I know they deserve it the truth is they would expect me not to so this is a 5 star review that gets 4 stars.

Mocha Moose has a standard and in my many years as a repeat customer they meet and exceed the standard many times over. The baristas are some of the kindest people you will ever meet and it is very apparent that they truly love what they do. It takes a special staff to make a place feel unique and Mocha Moose has done exactly that. I have never had a bad experience and that is why I constantly come back. The service is incredible, the prices are fair, the staff is engaging and they deserve the many accolades they have received. There is not a single bad thing that can be said...

Man have you guys gone downhill! Two breakfast sandwiches available and both of them are frozen, literally Jimmy Dean straight out of the freezer section. If I wanted that I would go get a Jimmy Dean box of breakfast sandwiches for what you guys are charging for a single one. And hot chai tea I ordered was cold. The young lady at the window was not willing to answer any questions and just gave me the typical dull look and shoulder shrug when I asked questions about the menu. wow. I used to love you guys, came for the works breakfast sandwich and hot chai tea all the time, at least twice a week. Apparently you can't get that anymore or at least when I asked the girl at the window she didn't...

This is our favorite coffee hut in Fairbanks! The drinks are always great and the employees are the best! My husband and I are regulars and most of the baristas know us and our typical order, so if they are busy, our drinks will be premade and waiting for us by the time we get to the window. Their lotus drinks are great and they come up with great flavor combos and their hot coffee and specialty drinks always come out great as well. It is also worth noting that Mocha Moose has some of the best hours of operation for the local huts as well. Overall...
