Well I actually didn't go to sourdough & Company I went to the Urgent Care next door. But I will rate sourdough and Company it is horrible the manager there she is just terrible terrible terrible terrible I called corporate and filed several complaints against her she was just unbelievably horrible see gossiped about one of her employees to me and her employee is nothing but stellar always going out of her way to help , but her manager it's no good she shouldn't even be a manager. will never go back there again FYI the food may be good but the customer service sucks from the manager. She is the reason I will never return. I would have given them a zero Stars if it would have let me. To the lady that helped me all the time with her Stellar Stellar Stellar outstanding customer service I don't remember your name but you know who you are. I would get the vegetable soup because it's really good and I would get sliced sourdough sliced bread take with me like two or three bags. You are amazing keep up the good work hopefully you get a new manager soon if you haven't already because of your manager doesn't need to be one. And to the manager people come in there and pay money their hard-earned money and they don't want to hear you gossip about one of your employees that tells me all about you as a person. I hope that you get the assistance that you need as far as customer service management talking to people engaging with customers on other things and not your employees. And saying that I had the nerve to be rude I wasn't rude I was just honest. You are a horrible manager and you need to learn customer service. And probably how to treat your employees cuz if you do it till 1 you do it to them all. Just some words of advice.

So let's fast forward to May 4 2025 i went in to get a bread bowl with their fire. Roasted vegetable soup as it is my favorite. It is the best soup I've had in a long time. However, the bread bowl was doughy and uncooked. I didn't notice it until I got home.The lady whose name was Jass. She told me to come in when I was available to get a new bread bowl. So yesterday which was June 9th i called and went in and show them the text message along with the pictures of the uncooked bread bowl from May. The lady at the register, who said she was the manager Veneta told the person that was making my food. Let her look at the bread bowl and make sure it is cooked, the lady came to me and showed me the bowl in my face and asked me if it was okay i told her if she was going to talk to me like that. Then she could just let me pay for the bowl, right? I'm not going to be treated like that. I eventually call back to the store and let the manager vanita, no, that I believe it was very inappropriate for this person to make sure that the bread bowl is cooked on my end. That is their responsibility. I am not sure if I will go back.This is the second time i've had an issue with this particular store, the previous manager they had in my post above, right? I guess she's not there anymore. Although this lady was not rude to me and the fact that I have to verify if something is cooked and pay for it, it doesn't make me feel very good as a customer cook your bread and don't make it seem like it's the customer's fault because they got something that wasn't cooked after they...

My wife and I tried this place for the first time today. Right off the bat, the staff are very dry and seem to not care at all. The atmosphere felt like we were not welcome and instantly regretted walking inside. We still decided to give it a chance, unfortunately. We were clearly two people who’ve never eaten here before and she had no patients with our lack knowledge regarding their menu. We both ordered the 8” sandwiches and instead of my wife getting her correct sandwich, she got a regular type of sandwich between two slices of bread instead. We ordered to-go so this was realized when we got home. Very disappointed with this place as we’ve had our eyes on it for a while now. We will certainly not return ever again.
