Let me says first off WOW and then just a phenomenal selection especially the sneakers, designer hand bags, and athletic apparel. Denim too from all the top popular brands. Hit the mother load of gym workout clothing and scored a cute backpack. My biggest rec is to come to the big events because it’s like the mother load and come in to browse weekly because I asked and they restock DAILY and some days is more than others. Love this gem of a thrift spot and it’s always well organized. They also get stuff like designer jewelry and perfume but perfume especially at the events. For selling like go in knowing like I’m going to donate or sell online whatever they might not need or take, because they don’t always take every thing you have- they think of the customers, what’s in demand and in style currently and the season ahead- which as a shopper I appreciate because their inventory is so great.

This is a store for used items mainly… however when you shop/look around they are asking for almost store pricing for used items. A pair of beat up Nikes they want $70 and up. I brought in a new purse, Michael Kors, on the larger size with tags attached ($300) and handles still covered in wrapping and the duster bag and they offered $40 and then looked at me shocked when I decided to keep it. The brand bags are behind the cashier and some are priced at $100 for USED. Imagine what they would have selled the brand new purse for. Last time I go there. You’re better off selling your stuff on FB marketplace.

An amazing idea! To be able to walk into a store and sell your lightly used items for cash on the spot it excellent. The store was very organized with tags and prices marked on all items. Fitting rooms were spacious and there were so many customers that I waited 1 hour to checkout butvbit was worth it. I bought 47items spent $100 and saved $250 in sales and clearance reduced tags.

As i arrived the very unreasonable lady that was at the counter strongly voiced directly at me that they are not buying cloths today and they will not accept any of my cloths unless its in one of THEIR choice of bags that they demand we use or bins. I braught quite a bit of cloths so they would not all fit in the demanded bag or bins they tell you that you must use. After i explained that my bag is reusable, she disreguarded my commentary and continued to do her work and ignore me like i did not matter. This employee was stuck up and very rude i was there at 3:32 pm on the 25th of april 2023 and she is of the caucasian race about 5'4 and has blonde hair. Do your self a favor, if you have an option of a different platos.... go else where. They do not have it posted that you have to have a reusable bag of their choice. It just says no plastic bags. Then they also dont have it anywhere in the outside of the store saying they are not buying cloths on tuesdays so if you come with an army of cloths like i did and another lady that came right behind us then your are out of luck. They do not care and will not work with you. The lady that was about to go in and over heard me and my fiance speaking and started to curse because she just drove 15 minutes for nothing. The only way you would know is if you go on their website and look for this specific rule. But why would you, if its a cloth buying store and you can see the hours from the google search and have no reason to click on their website..... all and all i will return since there is no closer one and i will do an after review. We will see what happens and how i am treated once i return on a day that i am free of work and have time to go there. I do not need the money but it is good extra fun money and a fun way to get rid of cloths and still make some money doing so. If you are the manager of this store please put a sign out at the store on tuesdays saying you do not buy cloths on tuesdays. And the rules of haveing cloths is certain storages specified units before we folk have to walk into the store and have to then walk out. Save us the extra effort. And speak to your staff. You will see a change in things if they actually provide non snobby and arragant customer service tactics...

This was my first time selling here. I only had three items with no bag. I was happy to grab one from my car since the girl had immediately spoke to me with a disrespectful tone. She insisted it was fine once I offered to get the bag. Since I didn't have much, I was assisted fairly quickly. They quoted me $40 dollars for an Alo puffer (retails for $200-400), a beyond yoga vest with the tags still on ($170 retail), & Sam Edelman sneakers. I felt it was low and so I tried explaining that and the girl, Giovanna(Jovanna) not sure how you spell her name, cuts me off mid sentence before I could ask how they decide on their buyout price and again, in a very condescending and disrespectful tone, asks, “So, do you want to take them back?” Instead of letting me know, we discount 70% off the retail price and give you 30% of that price. She only explained after I followed up her rude interruption with, “how do you guys decide your pricing?”. I did the calculations using the lowest average selling points & it still adds up to more than $40. I also walked around the store after initally taking the $40 to get an idea of their price points regarding brands similar to the ones I’d brought in. As I’m looking at the prices of items similar to the ones I dropped off, I felt ripped off. I returned and grabbed the valuables respectfully. In short, I ended up taking the more expensive items back and selling the sneakers. It made the most sense. Overall, the point is that I was not rude or disrespectful at any given moment to be spoken to, or treated that way, and I really hope they do better! Retail is definitely a tough job for sure but that never excuses disrespectful behavior, especially unsolicited. The store does have great items, but some of the girls working there have a very distasteful, condescending & entitled attitude. I like to see selling as a collaboration and unfortunately I was made to feel unwelcomed.

My advice to you, the reader, if you’ve made it this far, before selling your items and dealing with a mean girl staff, be sure to do your research, learn the value of your items and walk away if the price isn’t right. You might be better off selling it...

Don't be fooled by the very negative reviews. They are only people who are mad/frustrated that they didn't get any money for their clothing. That doesn't give justice to the actual store itself. People need to keep in mind that the store can't be buying bags full of clothing every day; that would seriously hurt their sales especially given how cheap they already sell their items for.

Anyway, I actually was pleasantly surprised after shopping here. For a secondhand clothing store, it was actually pretty organized in there. Definitely not 100% neat, but what can you do? I loved the price range - I got a comfy sweater for $8, a cool Quicksilver tank for $3, and Gap shorts for $8. How awesome are those prices? And the clothing didn't even look that worn! (There was a small hole in the sweater I bought but it took me a minute to stitch up at home and it was looking almost brand new.) Plus none of the clothing had a bad smell or seemed gross. They also really only sell brands known to most teens, which is awesome. (i.e. PacSun, Guess, Nike, Adidas, Forever 21, etc.)

I removed one star just for the fact that there weren't many customers in the store but it took me almost 10 minutes of standing in line behind -one- person to get checked out. I wouldn't have been a little frustrated were there not literally 8 associates behind the counter just folding clothes and not ringing anyone up when there were clearly registers open.

Overall, I really liked my experience here, and I really do recommend this place for any young people looking for cute clothes without thinning out...
