I called a week before to price a Nintendo switch ( just the console no games or memory card) was told 250$-300$ , I called because I need a loan for my Nintendo switch in perfect condition with 64g memory card , super smash game, 1 Nintendo pro controller , hdmi Nintendo , charger cable Nintendo, docker for joy cons all in great condition . not to mention I was ignored when standing at the counter with 2 employees standing there I had to uncomfortable say “ sorry if your busy “ THEY OFFERED ME 50$ FOR LOAN: 65$ SELL ! Super smash and pro controller alone would be 65$ used. along with all Nintendo items no knock offs or generics . I wanted 100$ for a loan that’s all, no crazy unreasonable offer especially since I will be picking it up again on my next pay week, How can you sell just the console at your business with nothing for 250-300$ But when a customer comes in with the entire set you don’t hesitate to say 50$ for a loan ….. in my opinion I think it’s time to re-roll your roster and get new employees who want to make the business money through all aspects and take the time to offer a reasonable offer vs how the employees treated me the moment I walked through the door standing at their counter and they where to busy to speak with me yet nobody was in the store and it’s 10am…… final note : you should ask if you can see the item instead of just walking over and grabbing it and not telling me what you are doing making me feel uncomfortable the entire time I’m...

I just wanted to leave a quick review! I was a little iffy about having to get a small loan for a few days but as soon as I got there I was welcomed before I even got to the door. Both men (I'm sorry I didn't get both your names I was a bit nervous lol) were very nice, seemed genuine in wanting to help and didn't make me feel like I was crazy for trying to see the most I could get. I actually low balled myself for the loan and I think the owner very nicely put it I can give you more than what you are looking for. I've personally never pawned anything and felt like a friend coming in. I actually did get a bit more than what I was even looking for which helped a great deal! The employees here are very attentive and ready to help. When I received a refund check in the mail a couple months ago I had a hard time finding a place to cash it, even the check cashing place told me to “try to come another day” ??whatever that means... I luckily tried my luck at Pawtucket pawnbrokers too and they went above and beyond for me. Both employees stayed on two different phones for about an hour waiting on hold for the check issuer to answer (because of the high call volume )the check needed to be confirmed so instead of turning me away and saying no like everywhere else had done they made sure It got done.
