Today I was waiting patiently in line. I had arrived @5:30ish and the store closed at 6pm during these times. As I and 2 other people (AA) were behind me waiting, a employee (short Hispanic lady about 5 ft black hair about 140lbs) had stated that the lady before me was the last person in line to have entrance into the store. At that time it was 5:52, and she went on to say that by 6pm we wouldn't have access anyway. Well I walked off but I stayed around for a bit. I came back to the store at 6:02 and there was one man (Caucasian) in line facing the door who wasn't in the line before I left. This SAME FEMALE EMPLOYEE was also handling curbside pickup. As she was about to walk back into the store, I caught her attention to ask her for the store number. She acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about but luckily enough a customer who was just leaving the store gave it to me. I tried to send a corporal complaint but it's shut down. All in all, I feel like her message was offensive and quite frankly, I dont think it was her message spoken. And I say it like such because the form of her body language showed that she tried her best to clean up the message she was told to speak. My tip would be to not send ETHNIC employees out to cut the line short due to RACE. Better yet, when 6pm strikes stop the customers at the door at tell them their closing. Not a min...

Let me first say the staff at this Michael's did an excellent job in working through a very straight forward framing job I trusted them with which turned out to be a impressively poorly executed.
Michael's sends their framing jobs with directions to another facility. Their framing is not done on site. I had a very small and clear cut framing job with them. It took me 3-4 months because of the following problems to finish this job with them. The final result was sub-par and I ended up centering the piece in the frame myself at home.
Michael's cut into the the screen print in order to remove the artist signature despite a quarter inch of space existing between the signature and the screen printed design. They damaged the artwork out of sheer negligence and lazyness. The artwork was not centered and excluded about a half inch of the design in the first two iterations of the framing job. (The frame was too small for the artwork) On the third iteration, the frame was finally large enough for the design, but, I had to take apart the backing and center it myself at home. Received a good price on this framing job but I would say even for small framing jobs go to another provider. Spend $50 more and save yourself...
Read moreI went to return some picture frames and I had my receipt with me, so at the cash register was Vivian the side manager and she didn't want to take back the items, she told me that they don't return because the label wasn't in one of them in the back they where attached 3 by 3 so I showed her one that has still she was saying we don't return and she started serving others while on top of my frames I was standing and all the frames were on the counter, I waited and I said can you please return these items then she became sarcastic and laughing and she told " you are pretending " why I will be pretending I don't understand , she was laughing saying no take them back . This took almost 40 minutes, never had any bad degrading insulting customer service in my life than this store in Seven Corners VA . Customers told me call a manager when I asked her she said the manager is on vacation for 2 weeks and she was saying this with her insulting laugh.
