My review begins with an unpleasant experience but ends with a 5 Star because of how the staff corrected a mistake. Instead of my usual online purchase of a flower arrangement, I decided to walk inside this location to seek a nice arrangement to commemorate my Mom's 80th birthday. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Levi, a youngster no more than 21yrs old by my calculations. Levi was welcoming, attentive and helpful with his recommendations based on the product I was seeking. I decided on a very nice bouquet (about $100) and a customized card which Levi helped process by adding a personal photo amongst other nice details. On the delivery date, I received word that the floral delivery did not go well. Sparing the details here, I was so disappointed with the delivery that I returned to the location to express my dissatisfaction. I spoke with Lizette (sic) and after sharing the delivery details, Lizette was quick to offer an additional service that I felt generously compensated for my less-than-satisfactory experience. The understanding of my experience and the action taken by the staff at this location was a pleasant surprise because they corrected a mistake and were quick to make it right. This is something not frequently seen today and I will consider this location for all my future floral purchases. Thank you Levi and Lizette (sic) for your excellent customer service and attention to details. Read moreZero stars…Received an email stating there was a issue with my order and that I need to call them, mind you I didn’t see the email until 3hrs later.. they should have called me instead of emailing.. once I called I was in hold for 20 minutes, once I finally got someone on the line I provided her with my order, at first she said said there wasn’t and order then she said she found and that there is no issue with my order and not why they sent me that email and that a lot of people were call about receiving that email. She stated my order was confirmed and that it was in the processed of getting delivered. Hours later I keep checking the status and is doesn’t says anything about a delivery confirmation to the recipient. I contact customer service and they said that I cancelled my order, which I did not and let him know that I called earlier and they told me everything was fine with my order and that it was going to be delivered. they were apologizing saying that they didn’t have the items that I ordered, so why take the item of the website so people won’t order it…and they can send something else , which I said no because it was already the end of the day and the the person I was sending the flowers to was already gone for her work day… I just told them to refund me my money., this was my first time ordering from 1800 flowers and this was horrible...
Read moreFirst: they delivered the arrangement at 6:30 AM and just left it sitting on the front porch. Second: they left the wrong person's arrangement. As in, the arrangement they left was addressed to a whole other person and address. Third: it was not the huge arrangement I had ordered. Fourth: when calling this local store we got the runaround and were told to take it up with corporate.
They did eventually agree to make the correct arrangement and delivered it, but it was still not the huge arrangement I had ordered and paid for. Overall I will definitely not order flowers from them again.
And I want to make it clear, this was a hand delivered order and not a direct ship. It came this this locations phone number...
