Friday night I placed an order for a pizza, cheese-bread and a soda. It took a hour to get to my children and I. When it arrived EVERYTHING was cold, well of course the soda is suppose to be cold. However , our pizza and cheese-bread were not! The delivery guy didn’t say hi, he just handed me our food I said thank you he walked away. I reached out to the store and a gentleman claiming to be the manager answered he stated he would have our order resent out to us. Another hour goes by and I callback the GM Obie/Ogie answered and apologized for the issue and stated that they are closed oven has been shut down it would take too long for her to heat the oven back up. She stated to give her a call Saturday at 5pm bc that’s when her delivery guy would be in. I called Saturday at 4pm, and the GM advised me that the driver was not in and I asked for her to schedule for the delivery to be delivered when he arrived. She stated yes she would. I stayed home and watched movies with the children I was believing the pizza and bread would be delivered however it never came. I decided not to waste my time even calling the store. This is the same store that continues to stop doing delivery then out the blue does it. Or is closed when it says they’re suppose to be open. This store should really be looked into bc there customer service skills are horrible. I would strongly suggest pickup also your items aren’t cold. We pay for hot food! Read moreThis was my worst experience at any type of fast food restaurant in my entire life. I wish I could give negative stars because this place is awful. I placed an order online at appx 10am to be delivered at noon. I called to follow up after 6 min. Into my selected delivery time & was told by the manager who answered the phone that he was there by himself all morning and he had big orders to fill all morning and he was doing his best & he said the order had just went out. Now the automated message that plays when I called told me my order was being cut & boxed. Around 12:20 I called back & said my order still hasn’t arrived. The young man on the line says woah woah woah I just got her I don’t know what you talking back. I said my name & told him I was checking on my order he said the manager had just left with it. The office I ordered this for was only 10 minutes from this location. I went to this location around 12:50. The manager was present & said it was sent out via door dash & there was no way to track the order or contact the driver. I said well the pizza never arrived and I want a refund. I was given a refund no apology nor a sense of empathy. They do not deserve the 1 star I had to give to leave...
Read moreI ordered 12 pizzas a day in advance for our company Halloween party. I paid over the phone and confirmed the delivery time twice with the manager, Tracy, who was very kind and accommodating over the phone. I asked to receive in time for our company lunch to start at Noon.
At roughly 12:05 the next day, we hadn't received our order yet so I called, and waited on hold for 4 mins before someone answered the phone to tell me our order was still in the oven. When I asked to speak with a leader, the same person came on the phone, letting me know "my manager said your order will go out for delivery in the next 5 mins. You should get your pies by 12:30." We received them by 12:22 and were able to start our party by 12:24... 24 mins after half my staff had clocked out for their 30 minute lunch breaks.
Tracy was kind, our discount was great, the delivery girl was efficient and the pizza was fresh - but a simple phone call could have prevented this fiasco completely. We'll try to give y'all the benefit of the doubt, but a heads up wouldn't have cost...
