This is a great park and really awesome at 7:45 which is when the lights turn on. It is very busy with tons of different age kids. It does have 2 play areas for different age groups. If you do not want to wait in a line make sure you get there before dark, so your already in the park and you don't have to wait in a line since the busiest time is at dawn-dark. There is a temporary Fence around the play area and staff only allow residents to enter without a wait in line. If you are a none resident they make you wait in line......how ever many people come out is allowed to go in. Wait time for us was about 30 minutes but could vary. There is restrooms on site, and plenty of parking not too far away. I would give it 5 stars but the waiting in line to enter due to being at "max capacity" is a bummer but kind of understandable considering how busy it gets. Kinda don't make since though seeing how the staff allows residents to enter regardless of "max capacity". Hopefully that is temporary until the city can figure out something that works better. But until then just prepare to wait in line, or get there early and stay till dark. Overall great experience the staff is super nice and it's definitely worth going no doubt. We will be returning...
Read moreThe park amenities, ambience is great , and different kind of outdoor play activity for kids like mini zip line . Color changing and light up places . This place is new very cool , but lot of crowd and packed parking . Even u have to wait in a long line for restroom. You can easily loose sight of ur child and for the matter of fact there was one child aged between 4-6 yrs who was lost and then found on the same day of my visit . She was found in 10-15 min when few parents helped around , the child went back to the car parking . Don’t mean to scare y’all but just be careful . Lovely place just avoid crowdy days and the parking will be horrible even streets were packed . I wish there is a way to restrict the number of people in the park , make a sign park full and let people know somehow so that only limited amount of people come and spend time peacefully with loved ones. I hope the crowd will be controlled slowly , it’s just that parent or explorer like me wants be check the newly...
Read moreNice concept, but what a disappointment. Obviously it’s free, but for those traveling from further away…
Showed up on a Saturday night and parking was a headache to deal with. It was an extremely dark lot (absolutely no lights) and still a few minute walk from the actual park. The actual park was also dark. The main attraction, the sphere/globe, was not lit (??) which I guess was supposed to be the reason for the lack of lamp posts. There were so many kids running around and climbing the dark globe as parents stood around squinting and searching and shouting for their kids. The big slide in the globe had kids literally shooting out onto the ground at the edge of a hill.
We left sooner than planned because of how unsafe it felt at the time. However, lovely park, in the day time. Glow in the dark park should probably glow at...
