After traveling over three hours to this exhibition , I bought an expensive necklace. When I had doubts about what would happen if the beads of the necklace were to fall off, I was told to call them and they would repair it. When I eventually wore the necklace few days later, the beads had fallen off not even 1 hour after wearing it. I contacted the store to ask them about what to do next. They told me that it must’ve broke due to the fact that many people had tried it, but nonetheless I should ship it to them and they would get it fixed. Since this was an expensive item, I asked who would pay for the shipping and they replied that they would. But shortly after they told me to keep the necklace until they got the beads from India. Since then, I have been contacting them asking about updates but have always been given excuses as to why the beads have no arrived and can’t be fixed. I have contacted and told them that they should either fix my necklace or take it and give me my money back, but whenever I contact them, I am left with no response to my original question. I regret purchasing from them and would never buy...

So I spoke to a guy named Teja and he said we'd be fine if we came the following day, so we did. The next day my family and I showed up, and were allowed in only to be verbally abused and thrown out seconds later. The "owner" claimed it was because I violated their "dress code". I'm saying that was a smoke screen to mask racism. There were other people of East Indian descent who were wearing backless sandals, tee shirts, sneakers, etc.The only thing that separated me and my family from everyone else was our race. Shame on you for your racial profiling. Shame on "the owner" for her loud, demeaning and downright despicable and unprofessional behavior, and finally, shame on you Hilton Honors for accommodating a company like this in one of your hotels. Just know that in doing so you left my family and I vulnerable to the wiles of a company who doesn't value inclusion, diversity, and equity, values you claim...
Read moreAbsolutely shocking experience at their jewelry exhibition in DFW! The owner, Radhika, was outright rude and disrespectful, screaming at her own customers. The policy of not allowing photos of their jewelry is laughable, especially since their designs look like copies from more established jewelers. It’s clear she doesn’t value customer relationships, acting with an overinflated ego instead. If this is how they treat people, I seriously question the authenticity of their products. I won’t be returning, and I’m sure they’ll continue to lose customers with such terrible attitudes and business practices. Avoid this place if you expect any sort of respect or...
