So,.... this would have been a 5 star if we could have just stuck with our waitress: let me explain, so we’ve been a few times and I used to go a lot more often years ago, anyway, it seems there’s a few of the same girls working in here which is GREAT because our girl tonight was one from a while ago and she’s always been Fabulous!!! Anyway, food was great, our girls were great and a man in his mid - late 30’s with glasses dropped something at our table and my wife asked if she could have a tea... he looked at her with this odd look, didn’t say anything and just bailed: minutes later he comes back with a tea, she says thanks, he says nothing aaaaaaaand walks away.... Okie! Anyway, could I just have the girls that start with the great service continue for the whole meal (and all future visits cause you’re Awesome!)- Thanks Dave

Love this Lunch Boat I enjoyed my experience, the tables were too small for three of us, and if I shared with friends instead of family, it would be awkward, considering the space the boats needed! I suggest you wait for a booth. Kudos to the young man at the hosting desk he paid attention to the customers and filled in to ensure our order was placed. We were not the only ones he helped! I suggest a smile from the waite staff, for a little more personable experience!

This is a Korean Japanese restaurant. The portion is very big and fresh . Everything is freshly made. Service is pretty good. It is more expensive than average but they give you more food also If you want Japanese or Korean food in the area. I recommend this place during lunch. It is hidden in a strip mall so maybe tough to find. I see a lot of complain about takeout so I guess I wouldn't do takeout. Japanese food is not good takeout anyway, it's not pizza

Sushi was very high quality (the chefs must be very talented) and all ingredients were fresh. I came in at around 9pm, and had just driven home from work, and was told the restaurant close at 10pm, and they weren't going to put me at a table. I asked for carryout and they said they'd let me order carryout. I ordered 2 spicy tuna rolls, 1 Yum Yum roll with modifications, and 1 standard Deep Fried Salmon Roll. They made the 2Spicy Tuna, and the Yum Yum, and didn't mess up the mods, but failed to make the fourth roll.

They had me pay ahead of time, so when I looked at the receipt and I saw that they did Not overcharge me, but simply forgot to add the fourth roll. When I gave them my charge card, they kept telling me my card was declining. I looked at my APP and the card didn't decline, just wasn't charged. The young waitress kept telling me my chip was broken. Then the Manager came up and ran my card successfully. After I checked my order I knew I was 1 roll short, but since I wasn't charged for it I didn't want to make a fuss.

Pros: sushi is tasty and they have a wide variety of options. The spicy tuna is made from fresh pieces of tuna, not the minced garbage that a lot of places use. The ingredients are fresh, and the Chefs are talented. The portions are nice and big! Cons: staff untrained, understaffed and staff is stressed out. They come off as short, but clearly not on purpose. They use a dry erase board and a marker instead of paper for sushi orders (I think this is how my roll got deleted lol) Overall: place has 5 star potential, but they need to hire more staff and work more efficiently. If it was about bad food I wouldn't write this entire review. I really hope they get staffed, because I...

Trying to support local restaurants during the pandemic so I placed a takeout order online via their website. I placed the order early around 5pm for a future time of 7:30. At 7, I call to confirm the order and make sure 7:30 is still a feasible time. The woman answered and stated there was no order placed under my name or phone number. I ask multiple times making sure she checked everywhere as I received confirmation emails and was even charged for the order. She proceeds by saying she doesn’t know how the website works, and that there was no ticket printed for my order. I hung up, checked my email, called back, and she still said no ticket printed for my order. On my credit card statement, it said door dash kabuki, so I call door dash to see if they can refund me. Door dash Calls Kabuki to confirm my order wasn’t made, and despite what the woman told me on the phone, they apparently had the ticket and made my order. Therefore, door dash wasn’t able to refund me. I asked for a supervisor and she said she was one. I don’t know how you don’t understand how your website ordering system works, but this was extremely inconvenient and a waste of time. I had to talk to customer service over 30 minutes trying to fix the issue. I will never come here again based on that...

We ordered takeout from kabuki sushi and have also been in to eat once before. Overall, great food and great atmosphere. We got 6 different items tonight so here is the individual review below: Gyoza - 5 pieces. The sauce it comes with is the best we've ever had and gyoza was nice and crispy with great flavor. Chicken Fried Rice - not a huge portion compared to chicken fried rice from other restaurants but it did taste very good. Only downside is that there really isn't much chicken at all in it. Would also love the option to order it spicy. Spicy Shrimp Rolls - decent tasting roll. Shrimp was cooked, the "spicy" in the roll was just a dash of a sauce in the roll, i wish they used more as it was not that spicy but was still good. Spicy California Rolls - best roll we had. Not your typical spicy cali roll. This was covered in a tasty spicy sauce. Chicken Teriyaki Rolls - worst roll we've had here. The chicken was dried out and overall tasted bland. I would not recommend this roll. House salad - Ginger dressing is out of this world. It's more of an oil based/minced ginger rather than a more mayonnaise based ginger dressing. Seems pretty regular to see iceberg lettuce with ginger salads but I would love it if it consisted of mixed...
