My daughter who lives in Minnesota recently came for a week visit with me for the holidays. She is newly engaged and has an October wedding planned. She wanted to get some ideas for a wedding dress while in town, so she and I and her sister who lives nearby, headed to Knoxville on a rather chilly, gray day to check out a couple boutiques where she had scheduled appointments ahead of time. Lace & Glam was the 2nd place we stopped, and the first thing we noticed was that it was a much smaller place. It was actually a relief, since the boutique we had just left was large, stiff, and overwhelming, and most of the staff had been snooty and unfriendly. But Lace & Glam was cozy, warm, and welcoming from the moment we walked in and Rheagan Haynes introduced herself as our consultant. It was suddenly no longer a gray day at all! She was so helpful, cheerful, and down-to-earth, genuinely attentive to my daughter’s needs. She allowed us plenty of time, without pressuring her or making us feel rushed at all. She had some very helpful suggestions, and made sure my daughter was aware of all available choices/options which helped in her decision-making, options that she otherwise never would have known about or considered. Rheagan was such a joy, I cannot say enough good things about her & how much we appreciated her! Full disclosure I shopped at 4 bridal stores with the best reviews in the area. Some of them had great quality and some were you pay for what you get type of quality. Rheagan helped me find exactly what I was looking for in both quality and price! Each store is so different but Lace & Glam had a beautiful variety of different styles. Rheagan was so helpful from the very beginning and really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. She was fantastic with her positive attitude and patience while I tried on almost everything in the store. I found my dream dress and the wait was worth it!
