Really bad customer service. Nobody ever greets me. I've gone here about 10 times now and literally have had a horrible experience every single time. I just went in there today and there was 3 people right at the front not a single one of them greeted me or looked like they wanted to help me. I paid for my items and the young kid there that looks super stoned just stared at me after I paid and he didn't even take the item from behind the counter and bring it to the register ...I was like "can I have a bag for my things please?" This was my last chance I've given this place. If a place can't even treat me nicely as a customer they will not be making any money off me and I will not be referring this place and make sure to tell my friends and family...

I have been a loyal customer since the grand opening and let me tell you, I have always recommended this store to those in the area. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and maintain a clean and welcoming store compared to smoke shops from my area. The prices may appear “higher” to some, but you pay for the quality you receive, which is phenomenal. I have had an amazing experience and learned a lot from Seth, I believe his name was Jacob, and the other phenomenal staff members. They let you look, smell, and sample certain products to ensure you are getting exactly what you need AND THEY LISTEN. Everyone around my hometown loves their merch!! I recently visited The Reckless Hippie and had an exceptional experience. The shop has a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly matches its name. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their products, making great recommendations based on my preferences. They offer a wide variety of e-liquids, mods, disposables, and accessories, all at reasonable prices.
