Fayetteville Town Center — Attraction in Fayetteville

I used to eat here all the time a few years ago. I knew the owner Alex and the place was growing a little bit and changing and remodeling here and there. I was there before they added the fish tanks and the murals on the walls. I quit coming after too bad experiences and then a third and final horrible experience on Valentine's Day. I was in the area with family and we decided to try it again and it's been about 4 or 5 years. The food was good but the whole service was absolutely horrible. This older woman was in a rush and seemed to be really stressed and sad. It took 30 minutes to get an avocado salad which is just some lettuce with a slice avocado on top of it. Then our entrees came out before our appetizers. I couldn't get a refill of water to save my life. The only thing I can say is that the food we got when we got it was delicious. It was just what I remember. But now with the prices of this place seeming astronomical and the service still being so horrible. It might be another four or five years before I return again. This place is not the same like it used to be. Behavior towards previous customers has become terrible. Used to feel good vetore. Me and my father have been here many times in past. Today(Sunday) I brought my 80 year old father to get a haircut and I will probably never bring him here again. Very rude even after we checked in online. Specially this one lady in the picture was prejudice & rude. Not sure of her name, perhaps Tania of something like that. I usually don’t have the time to write reviews but while my dad was getting the haircut, I had some free time while I am sitting inside this shop to write this review. This is meant for the owner of this location. It’s a neighborhood Great Clips, so we will really appreciate some good employees would like their jobs and better customer service.
