First and foremost I don't normally do reviews. That being said, since no one else has said anything I'm going to. The service here is slow, as in snail level of slow.
Came in with 2 other people. Was in line waiting for someone to come take our order. Took a bit but I also noticed that someone was being train, cool whatever ya know can't blame them for that. Employee comes and asks if any of us are getting a drink. I order and then the employee just leaves?? Was confused but I'm assuming she didn't know how to make them and was getting someone who could.
A bit peeved at this point but it's fine, just a hiccup. Couple minutes go by and another employee asks for our drink orders, repeat them again and they get started on them. I'd like to note at this point in time there are 4 people in front. 1 in training, 1 training and 1 making our drinks. I have no idea what the other employee was doing but I wish they would have taken my food order while the drinks were being made.
Drinks that we ordered were all Boba teas and were super good. However they took a long time to make. Didn't help that only 1 person in the store was the only one making them. I just held my tongue and kept waiting for someone to come take my order for food.
Drinks finally finish and my order for food has been taken. Going along through the line, and the trainee and other worker are just standing there in the way. I so badly want to say something along the lines of "Please move, the employee taking my order can't reach across two of you.". Training someone isn't going to be effective if you're going to be driving away customers with your inability to have common sense.
That aside, was finally about to pay for my food which was great until I realized that my friend had to go through the whole process again with the employee that just took my order. I don't know if it's a company policy to have one person take one customer's order and to stay with the the entire time, but that's such a waste of time. They need to have a better system that's faster, like subway. Just have one person deal with one station to improve to speed and efficiency.
Overall would only come back and suffer through it again for the Boba tea. Or I might send somebody else to watch that train wreck because I just can't look at it. Azin, fix your system and find a way to make employees actually hustle to get food out (I'd suggest...

I like mixing my rice with lettuce. Ginger, Vinaigrette and Teriyaki flavored sauce was great. The menu highlights styles but it seems like they are pre-designed plates for those not sure what tastes good together. The styles confused me a bit. They have several options like sandwiches, tacos, juices, smoothies, egg rolls. Some things aren’t on the paper menu. The restroom isn’t the cleanest. It’s not terrible, could use touch up/remodel to match the showroom quality. Plenty seating, parking in small plaza is good. I feel like if there’s a lot of people here that they may be somewhat slow but everything was fine on my visit because I was observing the place while they made the plate and the fresh juice. I didn’t like the fresh juice “Green Elixer” taste at all. My wife’s “Take Me There” Juice was good. They allowed me to change anything about it. I am glad that it was all fresh juice and all great ingredients because I juice at home and not all of the juices are meant to taste great, it’s meant to do what the fruit does health benefits. I drunk all the juice and u should too because it’s healthy. Service was great, although there may have been a bit of a language barrier between one of the associates in which a small error was made regarding payment, but it was not a big deal at all. For those looking for a healthy, delicious lunch, I think you should stop by and try this place. I didn’t have any complaints worth not coming back. I added this place to my favorites for lunch because they offer good food in the area which is hard to find in this area, especially in Jonesboro/Clayton County...
Read moreWhen I first began visiting this restaurant everything was excellent from service to the food! Over the years it has drastically changed. The food is still very enjoyable but unfortunately the environment is not anymore!
I've sadly seen employees come & go & it's probably due to the ignorance & pettiness of the manager. It's the same manager from years ago but it's like someone has taken over her body! She's turned rude.... very stingy.... and publicly patronizes & belittles her employees.
I used to see a young lady when I came in. She helped me about 3/4 times & was genuinely nice & kindhearted. The manager would come out from the back & stand over her shoulder making sure she didn't give me extra food or ring up my order incorrectly.... insinuating that either me or the young lady were trying to scheme her. It became so very very uncomfortable. Thanks to my Lord & Savior I am fortunate enough to be able to afford my food & any additional charges that this manager may tack on (because she started charging for everything now!) It wasn't like this before. I began to visit less & less. And when I went back in to visit again.... I never saw that poor genuine soul again. I'm not sure if she quit or got fired & she did nothing wrong. Hopefully, she's in a much better peaceful & positive work environment with a manager who appreciates her!!!
The manager used to be very sweet & attentive but now she's very standoffish & discourteous to the customers! I logged on today simply to edit my old rating & change my 5 stars...
