Hollywood Feed — Attraction in Fayetteville

I was so impressed with the service we received at Hollywood Feed. I never felt rushed while I got a depth of product knowledge and helpful information for transitioning my new rescue dog off former kennel rations. In particular, Kathy introduced us to great food options across the different price points and protein contents. One of the things I liked best was the fact that staff listened to our desires and concerns about the product content and absolutely did not try to push any one brand. In the end I chose a mid-range priced food that had the protein percentages and lack of grains that I preferred to use. I've never purchased with Hollywood Feed before and was surprised to learn that if the food (w/a proper transition time) didn't agree with my dog's tummy, a return was possible. They really won my heart when they explained that returned food wasn't thrown out, but donated to the local shelter. They wound up our visit with a small treat package for "Bear," since it was his first time in the store. I will be returning and I highly recommend...

Today was my 3rd visit and once again I am super impressed. Not only were the ladies friendly but knowledgeable and caring as well. My 8month old Presa Canario for some reason decided he doesn’t like his Origen food anymore. I went to HF to find a supplement to trick him into eating his super premium dog food since I cannot. Lol. Not only did they consult about Samson's current and past eating habits and content but made suggestions based on my desires directly. Instead of trying to sell me different types of food they gave Samson a goodie bag with not just samples but full sized variety of servings to try to find what he responds to.

That’s the service that you do NOT get at the other pet stores.

I tried one of the freeze dried pieces with his Origen about 15 mins ago and my 80# baby finally ate without hesitation.
