Brush Alley Skateshop — Attraction in Flint

NEVER write reviews. i think they are waste of time and every experience is subject to ones own experience. but let me tell you. this place has it down. here’s my experience : I called not expecting an answer and not to my surprise, during a pandemic, did not receive one. but i was not expecting a call back where i received one spoke to friendly staff who helped me out. i called multiple times following the previous call and was able to talk comfortably and feel okay handling my business with this company. they took care of my needs and helped me out my whole experience putting together a new board (even though i skate and know how to build a board) i felt comfortable through the whole process and only got treated as a family/ friend member , rather than a customer. even handing buisness an hour away i felt content with who helped me out and felt safe in the products i purchased. thank you brush alley skate shop. definitely getting my...

Had never been to this shop but from unanimous word of mouth from people at the skate park, decided to bring my son here today for his 9th birthday gift, the skateboard of his “dreams”. Jennings and the Lady(didn’t get her name😬) were amazing! Im not a skater and I don’t know much about board components etc. but they were so extremely helpful and unbiased about what my son wanted (didn’t try to upsell) and were so cool with him! Ultimately he had chosen everything that HE wanted. Not ONLY did they educate my boy on complete assembly, but they had him do some of the key steps. We brought our 12 year old daughter there for her birthday, to customize her own board. There was so many options! Great inventory! They carefully helped my daughter put it all together. She even got to press her own bearings. She loved it! They have super cool apparel as well. Got all my kids some gear. I was so impressed with their service, for Christmas I ordered some more apparel for my family. When an item fell out of stock before shipping, they called me and replaced it with an equivalent item of their choice. I received the package quickly, and love what they selected. A++...
