Flint City T-Shirts — Local services in Flint

It would be great if it didn't take 2+ months to get my work shirts that I PAID FOR and NEED. My job has a deal set up with flint city t shirts and we have to order our work shirts through them. We get sweaty at work and having a clean shirt each day is vital. I know many of my coworkers are also unhappy about how long it takes, especially since the website we use says we will receive our order in just a couple weeks. It feels like we are not a priority to flint city t shirts. But isn't guaranteed business the most valuable business? Some of my coworkers say they never receive their orders and some have had unfriendly experiences with the owner when they have stopped in, called or emailed about their orders. And some of these interactions were before the hectic Covid situation. If flint city t shirts can't handle a large amount of orders, then they need to admit this to their customers, so they can find a more reliable source.
