I will agree with most people on here that the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. My main man Josh helped us out BIG time. Ask for him, he knows his stuff. Not just in a "I've worked at a mattress store for a few months" kind of way, but a very detailed and concise professional way. He taught my wife and I more about our sleep habits and how they physically effect our quality of sleep than any doctor I've spoken to! And they were honest. Didn't try to upsell us or push a ton of extras on us, they let the product speak for itself. The financing options were great and the cash back incentives and bonuses paid for all new bedding and pillows and a Tempurpedic cover for our new Tempurpedic bed!
But, BUT, I can't go 5 stars because of an issue we had. I will stress that THIS WAS NOT THIS STORE'S FAULT, but, they (Denver Mattress the company not the store) did pretty much lose our $4000 mattress set. Wasn't on the truck that it said it was scanned on to and set our delivery back a week or more. It's always a pretty disheartening feeling to start paying a loan payment on something that you don't have in your house yet. I've been led to believe this is an aberration, not the rule. That said I highly recommend Josh and this store for all of your mattress needs.
TL;DR: Great deal, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable sales staff, amazing financing options, and killer rebates and credits for accessories. We asked how long delivery would take and he told us multiple times "about a week and a half." This time frame would have worked perfectly for us, so we were happy and bought the couch using their financing. 2 weeks later, we still had not received a call saying the couch was in. My wife called and spoke with Bob and he told her it was going to be there the next week and we could have it delivered on Friday or Saturday. After my wife told me, I called the store. Bob answered. I explained that he told us a week and a half before it would be at the store and in reality it's going to be 2 1/2 weeks before we can even schedule a delivery. His response was to first blame it on the delivery company, then the weather, and said there was nothing he could do. I explained that I was unhappy and this was terrible customer service. He still offered nothing. After getting upset with him and threatening to cancel the order he finally offered to take $50 off, which isn't even half of the delivery fee. Honestly, I wasn't upset that the delivery time was going to take longer, but the fact that Bob lied and didn't seem like he really cared really bothers me.
