Morning Adventures at Ashton Park We started our day bright and early with breakfast at Chick-fil-A, always a hit with the kids! Afterward, they were eager to head over to Ashton Park, one of their favorite spots, especially for the zip line. The park sits right next to the Legacy Bike Trail. We spent a little over an hour enjoying the playground and I have to say, the artificial grass instead of mulch was a big plus! No itchy bits or messy shoes. Has larger play gym for the older kids, smaller play gym for the tots a "gravatron", swings that accommodate all ages and needs, a little rocker seat and a zip line now upgraded with a seat instead of a handle (my personal favorite and yes, I did give it a shot), has Astroturf instead of sand or mulch, which is awesome and the entire place is fenced in so that none of the kids can escape, although I highly doubt theyd want to.
