Just in case you don't care to read the whole review, I wanna say Cynthia and Hannah were AMAZING and even with the unfortunate start the food was worth the wait ......

This was our first time here, and Brunch and the Beer Wall seemed liked a good idea. The location was nice and clean and the greeter was a very polite young gentleman that showed us to our table and pulled out my chair. A few minutes later a waiter arrived and explained a few things and took our drink order. I got a Bloody Mary and B got the bracelet for the beer wall. The waiter immediately returned with the bracelet and gave him a mini tour of the wall. A couple minutes later our waters arrived. 5 minutes passes still no drink for me. The waiter was clearing tables and waiting on other tables, he walks by a moment later and tells me he is waiting on the bartender (the restaurant was not that busy). In the meantime a 4 top comes in and he attends to them. By now 10 minutes has gone by and still no drink. Finally he brings my drink, which was watered down from the ice in it, but doesn't take our order. Another 15 minutes had passed and he still hadn't returned. I mentioned something to the host and he went to look for him. Then the waiter comes out and proceeds to take the order for the 4 top that arrived after us. The host saw the look on my face (I was ready to leave at this point) and immediately went to find us another waitress. She came over and told us her name was Cynthia and asked what she could do, I kindly told her that waiting 25 minutes for a food order to be taken especially when other tables that arrived after us were getting their orders taken was frustrating. She apologized for the delay and proceeded to take our order and told us that she would have a rush put on it for us. B ordered the Heifer and Hen and I ordered the Strawberry Waffles. 4 minutes later (yes I am keeping track at this point) our original waiter comes back and says ok what can I get you, I told him that we got another waitress and our order was already in. Then Hannah came over to our table to ask what happened and again apologized for the service. She offered a free dessert for the inconvenience(we picked the bourbon chocolate cake). A few minutes later out comes the food (pics attached) it was very well plated, and worth the issues we had getting it. The food is fantastic. Cynthia stopped by the table a few more times to make sure everything was good and make sure we didn't need anything. Hannah ended up bringing us 2 desserts the cake and a Peanut Butter Cheesecake. The visit ended up being worth the issues we had to start off and we will return and we will most likely request to sit in Cynthia's section. Anxious to go back and...

Update: Our first time there was a great experience. Impressive decor and great setup for indoor and outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor bar seating area which we found perfect. Food was great and drinks were sot on. Our bartender Jessica was an absolute gem. Made great drinks and speedy service on our order.

Our second time there was not so impressive. The music they were playing was loud and obnoxious, and felt like we was in a night club instead of a restaurant.

The hostess had to clean off a table for us to sit down and barely did a good job getting all the crumbs off the table.

We wanted to sit at the outside bar but it was dirty with food and drink spill. So we elected to go back to the haphazardly cleaned table and finish wiping it off.

Our order was cold when it finally arrived. Pizza is fire cooked so it obviously sat there for some time. The burger was cold too. The bun felt like it just came out of the fridge. The place wasn't busy so not sure what our waitress was doing. We had to flag down another waitress to tell her our food was cold. She said "perfect, I'll grab my manager." We laughed. Yeah, not perfect. The manager was nice enough to make us new ones which was slightly better. Bun was still cold.

While we were eating, some young girl came up to the door window next to us and sprayed window cleaner and wiped the window. Perhaps she should be trained to clean tables first. And then trained not spray chemicals near the patron's food while they are eating.

Overall, not the great service, food and atmosphere we got the first time we visited. Probably can chalk it up as a mediocre place with over priced food. The small pizza was 18. A little tiny bowl of spinach and artichoke dip with chips was 12.50.

I would throw caution to this place. It's hit or miss. Probably...

Really terrible food. Avoid this location at all costs. Brussel sprouts appetizer was super greasy and didn't come with a creamy dipping sauce like it should for that flavor profile. The Brunch music city menu item was horrible. The tiny two pieces of fried pickles on top tasted and smelled like fish, it must have been fried in the same oil it was disgusting. The actual sandwich was just as bad the egg tasted old and the "tangy" sauce was super spicy. I took a couple bites because I was starving and it took an hour for the food to come out. But it was horrible and didn't finish it. My hubby's grouper sandwich was so bad, it tasted like old pre frozen fried fish and smelled. Oddly that's exactly how the fried pickle chips smelled. The fruit salad had a long hair in it and tasted like old fruits from a can mixed with some fresh apples to deceive people. It was not edible . The beer wall is horrible. My hubby is a beer connoisseur and for him to not find anything but a CIDER to drink was wild. Every beer he tasted was absolutely disgusting . Wondering if they get their samples for free because it was just that bad. We told our waitress about our horrible meals and to make things right she sent over the manager who offered us a free piece peanut butter, chocolate cheesecake it was OK but not that good. Our waitress was not a good waitress either and she never came to check to see if I needed a refill or if we needed any glasses of water. They took off the two meal items that were horrible off the bill. But it still doesn't change the fact that the food is absolutely horrendous. I was looking at other tables around us and people are very dissatisfied with their food as well. This place needs to either shut down or a new ownership and a new chef. We will never be back to this...

If you're looking for a great spot to grab a beer and some delicious food, look no further than Oak & Stone. The coolest part of this establishment is undoubtedly the beer wall, which features an incredible selection of beers from many local craft breweries. With so many options to choose from, you're sure to find something that suits your taste. But it's not just the beer selection that makes Oak & Stone so great. The food is equally impressive. The Loaded Chips are crunchy and loaded with toppings and the pizza is nice and crispy, with a range of toppings to choose from. It's clear that the chefs take great care in crafting each pizza to perfection. But the real standout dish for me was the Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls. They are absolutely out of this world! The combination of savory cheesesteak and crispy eggroll wrapper is simply amazing. I highly recommend giving them a try. The food can be a bit salty, but that’s why you have all that beer to wash it down with! The atmosphere at Oak & Stone is also worth noting. It's a great spot to hang out with friends and enjoy some good food and beer. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to offer recommendations or answer any questions you may have. Overall, I highly recommend Oak & Stone. Whether you're looking to try some new beers or enjoy some delicious food, this place has got you covered. With its cool beer wall, crispy pizza, and amazing Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls, Oak & Stone is definitely worth a visit.
