GameTime Fort Myers — Attraction in Florida

Brought our kids in for dinner and games tonight. I don't even know where to begin, about how terrible our experience in the restaurant was. First we weren't even acknowledged while waiting to be seated for over 5 minutes. Not a server in sight, when the bartender, finally looked up and saw us he sat us and the table behind us. Than after another 5 plus minutes waiting for a server. We decided one of us would just take the kids to play, and take turns eating at the bar. Finally the server showed up, not even acknowledging the new tables while he took his sweet time doing anything else. He had no sense of urgency in giving any timely service. After I reached the bar I immediately ordered since I'd already waited so long. A water and the tacos. Mind you there were 6 people at the bar. After he took my ordered a couple came up to order a round of drinks. TWO drinks. I'm a high volume bartender I know how long this should take. He served them after me but I still had to wait another 5 minutes for my drink. When my tacos finally arrived, I had not silverware or napkins, I had to get up and take them from a table myself. Than I noticed my tacos were missing 2 of the main ingredients on the menu. He said oh sorry they went bad, were out. He made no effort in asking if I wanted something else or anything to put on them. Just like whatever and went about his business. I hadn't ate all day long so just dealt and was to annoyed to go any further. The icing on the cake before I left o asked if I could get 3 kids drinks to go. He told me it'd be a few minutes because obviously he was very overwhelmed by his 6 customers. He than came back with waters, I politely told him that's not what I wanted. (He never asked). So like an adult he forcefully threw them in the garbage and made me wait another 5 minutes for 3 fantas. Are you f*ing kidding me. I was polite through out the whole situation because that's who I am. But whoever you're front of the house staff was on tonight. January first were all utterly useless. Rude, careless, unorganized, no professional manner, what so ever. When memebers come into my bar and ask what's a fun night with their grandkids I'd never send them here. Its ridiculous.... I'm embarrassed for whomever...

I will stick to Dave and Busters you get what you pay for here honestly. Hats off to the cook for the burger and the curly fries.

Told the manager on duty on this date/time (2/18/23 around 9:25PM) and he gets defensive when we told him the mozzarella sticks were burnt. They were borderline black and not golden brown you would think an easy fix to remove from bill or replace. First thing out of managers mouth, “that’s the way the mozzarella sticks are”. After he sees we aren’t going to go with that answer than says “ok, we will remove from bill.

Sister ordered a basic margarita with flavor. Bartender made it beyond sour drinkable. My sister simply asked for it to be sweetened. Bartender rolls her eye and dumps the drink and begins talking smack to another employee loud enough we could hear her from our table. If employees don’t want to work especially on a slow night (easy money for them), send them home and save on the labor costs.

Lastly, I wasted $50 for credits for my kids to play games and they left sorely disappointed. Many of the “circus style” games were missing items and you couldn’t finish with out it eventually timing out. Had 3 games double charge me. The bowling game was missing the bowling ball. About 1/4 of the games were “out of order”.

If the manager was the way he was about the food it shows in the overall quality of the leadership on how your business is being run. As a business enthusiast. I would highly advise on the owner rehiring or retraining employees to focus on customer service soft skills and whoever is in charge of inventorying or working on the game components needs to be replaced. Gulf Coast Town Center does not lease this size of a place for cheap. If it keeps at its current trend it will continue to stay empty on crucial nights instead of at capacity and will eventually shutter.

As a consumer, I would say your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere.

Our waitress bless her heart it seemed as though she was the only one doing anything she was hosting a Bar Mitzvah or something of the sort and serving tables, she was super sweet and as helpful as she could be. I don't recall her name but i will say she is the only thing good about this place. We started with ordering our alcoholic beverages quite some time passes and after seeing the table that came in after us recieved their drinks we called over our waitress and ask for ours again the person who was supposed to bring our drinks just left them on the bar for the ice to water it down so when we get our drinks we try them and they are so gross the bartender has no clue how to bartend i ordered 2 different drinks from the bar and didn't order another after that because it wasn't worth it i wouldn't order anything that bartender makes even if it was free! So more time passes and we finally get our food it all seemed fine my sandwich was good but my fries... My fries were so underdone i question if they cooked it! I took photos there is no sauce on the fries thats the uncooked batter!!!! Ugh so we go play games and most the games/rides have problems we sat in the simulater ride and it glitched and ended as soon as the ride started the second try it hardly moved we made sure all our body parts where in the ride we was buckled nothing was wrong with what we did it just simply didn't work.
