It's tough to write this review as I had really wanted to like this place. After our party had decided to end the day on a good note (via boba smoothies), we had found this place in the area with great reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have the experience to meet the quality of reviews.

This review is based solely on three items. I was particularly interested in their durian fruit smoothie and had found that their website used fresh Durian Fruit. Curious, I asked the lady at the counter if they really did use real fruit. She replied, "We usually have it, but it's really hard to make boba smoothie with fresh durian." Upon asking again, she insisted that they have it in stock. Long story short, I was unable to taste durian in my beverage, especially since the fruit itself has a very distinct taste (as some of you may know or have heard).

My girlfriend had ordered the taro smoothie, to which she did not like at all. I thought that was odd since taro boba smoothies are usually the bomb dot com. To my dismay, she was right; the drink was powdery and quite watered down. It was the bomb alright, the one that landed on my paradise called tastebuds.

Now I was hoping for some sort of redeeming quality in their bubble waffle cone, but that journey came to an abrupt stop as well. Turns out, the dough used for the dessert was raw. Fortunately, upon asking a different counter person, she made us another one. As much as I like to say that the second time around is the "charm" - it was not. The second one came out raw as well.

I do not usually write reviews, and I hate to do this.hoping the owner will read and address this. I came to this place because of the great reviews. I ordered a smoothie, when I read on the menu about the sweetness lever and percentage I was a bit confused (never saw this before), and ask the girl taking my order what that is. She said how sweet I wanted my smoothie, I replied not at all. She went to the back to get the fruits inside the blender, came back out and I see her pumping a liquid on top of the fruits. I asked her what is this? Her answer, it’s syrup for flavor!?!!! I looked at her again, very confused and said I don’t want that. She looked super annoyed, I told her it’s ok that I don’t want her to throw it away (my mistake). She then continued to pump one more time, and I said why did she do that, her answer, it’s just the banana flavor 🤦🏻‍♀️ at this point I should have just ask for my money back which I paid cash for. If you want a healthy, freshly made smoothie do not go there. I ended up throwing my $10 smoothie in the garbage. Still have the artificial taste...
