The items I purchased were at a reasonable price. The problem comes with the customer service if there is a problem. Ashley's people delivered the items the last day of May. The sales person told me to look over the items carefully because it was easier to resolve problems if you catch them at this time. I focused on the high dollar items (reclining love seat and couch) but the chair bottoms are not flat and rock. One chair in particular had about an 1/8 inch gap on one leg. After the weekend of checking everything out I went to the portal as suggested and could not submit the claim. Eventually a live agent worked with me to submit the problem. Now I had to wait for the short leg replacement was sent to my house. I then had to call and schedule the repair person. The repair person was scheduled out on June 22 . 3 weeks after delivery. Jenny the computer helper texted to tell me when the repair person would arrive. If the time was acceptable I was to text yes .I text yes then received a cancelation. I called and talked to an agent, he says yes I can see you said yes and it was canceled. He said he would try to get it back on. But he would set up another repair for the 25th. I said I could support in the morning but had an appointment in the afternoon. The 23rd Jenny the computer text me the appointment was for the afternoon of the 25th, I text back no an it was canceled. Today I rescheduled again for 29th June hopefully it will get fixed this time. The problem is most communication about the problem was with the computer not a human. Most of the people tried to correct the problem. I don't recommend buying anything from Ashley's, I know I will never buy from...

In those days it was both a grocery store and general merchandise store. I really did not like the store because when we, Mom and I, went to the grocery store we would wind up next door shopping mainly for nothing. I was a child. Nonetheless. I grew up, attended Rolla and got a job with Boeing in Seattle. Sad to see my old stomping grounds slowly fading away just like Jamestown Mall. I had my first job thier the day I turned 16 at the York Steak House. Life goes on and things change and I...

First time he placed a very small order and so does second time. Everything went well, but third time he placed a big order and I did COD, he gave a check to FedEx and the check is invalid! The account has been closed for a while! I don't know how much money he stole from other wholesalers by this way. Totally unacceptable! Since then he don't answer the phone anymore! I use somebody others phone call him, he answered and said he doesn't know about the account! And then hang...
