I took my laptop up there to get a free diagnosis and possibly fixed, since this service is offered for free.I was told to give them a couple of hours and they will call me back. I had to call them after three hours and I was told my computer had to run overnight. It took them two days to tell me about my hard drive and the operating system. I was told I would have to pay $300 to get my computer fixed and I might as well get a new laptop. I picked up my computer and took it somewhere else and they told the only thing that was wrong with my computer was a failed update which is $75. The person who was supposed to help me with my computer at Office Max just saw an opportunity to make a sale. I also agree with the person who commented about the service at the print and copy center. HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!...
Read moreI was chastised, rudely addressed and hung up on by a male in the print services department on June 8, 2022. I placed a call to print services at about 6:15 p.m. I asked the person receiving my call if I could come in and have a single one page sample program printed. In a very robotic and disengaged manner he stated that they could not start a job this late in the day.
I explained that I was only 6 minutes away and only wanted a single page printed and would place a 200 piece order the next day. He asked me if I heard him give me the same response.

Read moreEvery time I go in there to return a product that has a defect, they act as if they don't wan't to return it. I even asked the cashier if she wanted me to elaborate about the defect of the product, and she couldn't give me a straight answer about what she wanted to know. No one want's to be hassled incoherently about a take back. Then she had the nerve to tell me there might be a re-shelving fee!
Another time before Christmas, I bought a laptop that had a minor defect and a worker told me that I would have to speak to the manufacturer. Good job lying to me about your company refund policies because I'm allowed my money back in full!
