I've been a long time customer at the Lindbergh location but since I moved to Illinois last year I have been going to the Alton one more than this location since I am already making quite a drive to Alton since I live about 40 minutes north of there but when you find a store you love, you want to give them your business. So every time I am in St. Louis I make sure to make a pit stop here to check out what new products they have.
I must say I have NEVER had a bad experience at this location. I am always welcomed warmly when entering. What can be a quick 10 minute shopping experience normally turns to 30-40 just from the great conversation I recieve while there. I had purchased Kratom from another lil shop before I bought it at this location but felt pretty confused and uneducated by the first store I bought it from so I decided to ask a couple questions about Kratom at Studio 420, with no intentions of purchasing some and I ended up walking away with a much more comfortable grasp of knowledge on the product and more confidence in trying it again, so much that I bought quite a few jars when I was only coming in for vape juice!
On another note I did have a hiccup at the other location in Alton and was unable to get ahold of their manager so I tried calling the Lindbergh location to see if they could help me locate a manager. Luckily it was a manager who answered and although they don't manage that location, they were quick to get in contact with the manager from the Alton location for me. I explained what happened and gave him my contact info. Honestly I thought I wouldn't get a call back until the following day or longer and not even 20 minutes later he called back. They far exceeded my expectations on handling the incident and I was extremely impressed and grateful for how they took care of me.
Things like that is what keeps me a long time customer. I know confusion happens, especially with new employees and sometimes people are just having a bad day. Don't we all? But when the management goes above and beyond to make my not so great experience there SO much better - I call that great management for a great business.
Both locations will have my continued support. And as always- SUPPORT SMALL...
Read moreI decided to check this place out for kratom due to experiences at other stores being less than perfect. Either prices that aren't manageable on a budget or employees that just wanna push cbd on you(nothing against cbd really but all it does is make me fall asleep so...).
I found the pricing here to be extremely affordable and the employee I spoke with definitely knew what he was about. I explained my issues, including that my wires are so crossed that anything other people consider energy giving does the opposite for me and vice versa with sedatives. Like seriously, I'm the person that takes heavy doses of opiates and then cleans the house because I'm wired for sound. Red maeng da makes me overly sedate.
He suggested i try the red sulawesi or Borneo and made some other suggestions and we talked about possibly mixing them to find the right thing to help me. I have osteoarthritis, bursitis, seperated joints, crushed knee tissue, multiple back injuries, muscle and nerve damage, and pinched nerves in my neck and nothing my dr is willing to prescribe helps.
I bought the Borneo and sulawesi, tried the sulawesi last night. Should have bought capsules rofl. But guess what? Dude was spot on! Pain relief and I didnt lose focus or energy. Ended up being super productive and keeping on task for the things I wanted to do last night. Hell. Yes.
I will be back every payday to get a new jar. The knowledgeable customer service and genuine seeming desire to help me out has made a customer for eternity. I'm stupid grateful and excited for the possibility of being able to spend my weekends doing something other than being a sad noodle.
Thank you so much for being...
Read moreThis shop is the most convenient to my house but after 3 months of not having coin change to give us customers, I checked with the Better Business Bureau and sure enough they have been reported for consistently shorting their customers. The guys working the store keep saying that the owner tells them that there’s no change because of the pandemic due to a shortage of coins. It’s interesting to me that they are the only business of all the stores we frequent at flower valley shopping center that never has change. Oh and they do not except credit or debit cards. Even THC dispensaries except debit cards. Pull out your calculator and calculate an average of 30 customers per day (A relatively low number for a store that is open more than 12 hours per day) and multiply by .62 cents, that means that the shop clears $18.90 p/day, averaging $567 Per month and over $6,800 per year. If you are a customer here then you need to consider who the owner is versus who the patrons patrons are in the Florissant store? Then you’ll understand how disturbing this issue truly is. My suggestion: know how much the product you were purchasing will cost then add 10% for tax and take either exact change or the exact dollar amount minus the change. Before you check out ask the sales person “ do you all have coins for change today?” If they do not then only offer them the dollar amount minus the coins you owe. Example: your total is $17.47. if they don’t have change simply give them $17 even. If they decline the sale then you can drive less than 10 minutes away to several...
